The weight room is the heartbeat of your team. And you are not going to consistently beat anybody without gaining an advantage over your opponent in that area of your program.
It’s just too important.

IF YOU WANT TO BE A CHAMPION:
Good enough... rarely is.
Close enough... leaves a gap.
Pretty good... is not good enough.
Almost right... is wrong.
Hoping someone else will do it... doesn't get it done.

Tom Brady said, "To be successful at anything, the truth is you don’t have to be special."
"You just have to be what most people aren’t: consistent, determined, and willing to work for it."

The weight room! It is the ultimate level playing field in sports. No bad calls from referees, no egos from teammates and no boos from the stands.
It’s just you vs you. Your effort, and your consistency. You either show up and put in the work, or you don’t.
And the results speak for themselves.
Get after it!

If you can't execute in practice
you won't execute on game day.
If you're not confident in practice
you won't be confident on game day.
If you're not focused in practice
you won't be focused on game day.
The habits you cultivate in practice
will show up on game day.
