If this came out in the 90s, it would’ve been one of those straight to VHS movies like Aladdin 2.
The live-action Moana is officially coming to Disney+ on October 21 after a disastrous box office run. bit.ly/3TZheCK

Lack of sleep is such a determinant to your recovery ability.
I feel like I’m living this in real time.

Between sleep, fitness, and diet, what's the least important to your quality of life?
I’m sure many parents relate to this:
It’s funny when you decide on your kid's name (maybe unique but not too rare), and all of a sudden every kid has that exact same name after they’re born.
BUT in all the months leading up to it, you'd barely heard the name.

Yes, it is.
In fact, I've been doing it during my bulk season.
- Start lean enough that your abs are already visible.
- Train your abs 2x per week so they're more prominent and hold up as you gain.
- Bulk slowly, around 0.7-0.9 lbs per week. You'll likely gain some fat, but slowly enough that they stay visible to a point.

Not knocking it at all, just speaking on my reality.
I used to clear my entire schedule to watch sports, even regular season games. Now they're an afterthought.
Crazy to see the shift happen in real time, but here we are.

Was sippin' on my tea last night and the bag came with a message:
"From a small seed a mighty trunk may grow." - Aeschylus
A great reminder that big results start as something small enough to overlook.
Choose to plant the seed today and water it daily.
