Does anyone happen to know of any reputable references regarding Mali's purchase of AK-103 rifles circa 2017?

German airports have this amazingly efficient system where they park the airplanes out in a field and then use a pile of shuttle busses to move passengers to and from them. So much better than having planes pull up to actual gates you can walk to.

People see one M14 being used for Navy line-throwing duty and immediately conclude that the M14 in a Sage chassis is the current standard USMC sniper rifle and the best rifle ever created.

Forgotten Weapons retweeted
In 2023, @headstampbooks invited me to be a historical consultant for the book 'Small Arms of WW2: Soviet Union' written by Ian McCollum of @ForgotWeapons I was humbled and excited. I spent a lot of time shooting WW2 weapons and doing research on them, so I was happy to help.

Is @HunterStep81759 a diver? Because we need a book like Pale Horse Coming that features John Chatterton, Patrick Grondqvist, Sheck Exley, "Freya" from the Nordstream sabotage, and Ahmed Gabr, led on their mission by a crusty retired Jacques Cousteau.

The .280 (7x43) was a farmer who was inconspicuously strong from doing real work all day, while 6.8x51 is a roided-out monster who will die at 34 from a heart attack.

A note to FFLs: While it is illegal to remove a serial number, guns made prior to 1968 are not legally required to have them. You don't need to make one up. A Remington Berthier does not actually have serial number "87654".

It's one thing when people fabricate fake historical photos with AI because they put zero value on truth instead of clicks. But it's another whole issue when people depend on AI to tell them if things are real. AI does not know. Here is Grok insisting the real image is fake.

I don't know what the solution to this is, but people treating AI bots as omniscient oracles is extremely dangerous.

Guntubers with lines of watermelons and those transparent realistic torso targets need to step up their game. Back in 1897 Mexico tested the Mondragon by lining up 5 actual human cadavers in a row to see if they could shoot through them all.
