PHYSIOTHERAPY IS NOT MASSAGE EP 1
I'm starting a video series called: “Physiotherapy Is Not Massage.” There is so much more to physiotherapy than rubbing someone’s back when they are in pain. I'd be posting videos explaining what physiotherapists actually do, conditions we treat, and why rehabilitation is much more than massage. If you have ever wondered what physiotherapy is really about, this series is for you. Episode 1 soon.

Stepped out with @afriquahub for boots-on-the-ground work, educating young girls on advocacy and creativity. Met my co-facilitator, Desire 💚 They’re very fluent & I’d let them teach me anything😂. The day might not have started great, but it went well enough for this💃🌈

It is utterly barbaric that widows have to suspend their grief to fight estranged extended families over their rightful properties and assets.

If all else fails, we will outlive you. Every dogma mistakes longevity for immortality. Your institutions will crumble. You will become the superstition of a dark age. We will tell our grandchildren about the cancer that you were & history will do the rest. Time is on our side.
Kaduna, thank you for the overwhelming welcome today as we flagged off our APC 2027 Presidential Campaign. Three years ago, you gave me the privilege of serving as your President. Today, you filled this city again, hundreds of thousands of you from across the North, and I felt the warmth of your support. It was good to return with Vice President Kashim Shettima @officialsksm and our wives to a city that carries so much of our nation’s history. I remembered the founding leaders who gathered here before independence and prayed that Almighty Allah grants them forgiveness and eternal peace. Then I spoke to you plainly, because you have heard enough speeches. My opponents talk about hunger and poverty. I asked the crowd today who created these problems. They did. We are the ones working to eradicate them. The subsidy racket, fraudulent invoices and fuel smuggling are firmly behind us, and there is no going back. We confronted what we inherited with courage and political will, and we are building an economy that rewards hard work and creates opportunities for our people. I know the road has been hard. I hear you. Your sacrifices will not be in vain, and I will not rest until the progress we are making is felt in your homes, your businesses and your pockets. Our progressive governors are building roads, hospitals, schools and markets across their states, supported by increased revenues from the reforms we undertook. Salaries are being paid regularly, and development is taking shape. I am proud of what they are delivering for our people. On January 16, 2027, come out with your PVCs and give Vice President Kashim Shettima and me the mandate to finish what we started. Your future is in your hands, and your fingerprints at the ballot will help determine it. Thank you, Governor Uba Sani @ubasanius, for a befitting start to our campaign. Thank you, Kaduna, for standing with us once again. #RenewedHopeInKaduna #TinubuShettima2027 #RenewedHope2.0

Since the return to democracy in 1999, Lagos Island has been one of the strongest and most reliable base of the ruling party - from the AD to the AC and ACN, and now the APC. Yet, despite decades of support, our people continue to be deprived of basic public services like potable water, effective sanitation and waste management, affordable housing, and meaningful job opportunities for young people. But this time, I have been greatly inspired by the courage of young people who are determined to chart a different course. They want a government that does not take their support for granted, but one that is accountable, delivers essential public services, and invests massively in human capital development. My administration will restore the pride of Lagos Island and bring back its glory days. Our people deserve nothing less. #OurLagos

please help save Joy and Ada walk and function properly🥹 0284725262 Igwe Glory Wema Bank
On 17th October 2026, Joy and Ada were involved in a ghastly motorcycle accident at Ago Iwoye, Ogun State after a reckless driver named IDRIS OLAITAN hit them from behind. Since that terrible day, both of them have been battling severe injuries, unimaginable pain, and a difficult journey toward recovery. Joy and Ada are both students of Olabisi Onabanjo University and it happened around the school area. Joy is still currently in the hospital receiving treatment and her family has already raised almost 3 million naira , which was used for her initial emergency treatment and the first surgery she had to undergo after the accident. Unfortunately, because of the severity of the accident and the sensitive areas of her body that were affected, Joy’s treatment does not end with the first surgery and has been informed that she needs two additional surgeries to properly correct and treat injuries to her hip and ankle and and she will also require plastic surgery,post-surgery care, medication, hospital bills, and other necessary medical attention throughout her recovery. The additional surgeries and post-surgery care are expected to cost approximately ₦4 million more. Her family already raised and spent almost 3 million for her initial treatment, we are once again asking for your help because she still has a long and expensive road to recovery ahead of her. Ada’s case became extremely critical following the accident. Due to the severity of her injuries, she had to be transferred to another hospital for urgent treatment after she was rejected at the National Orthopaedic Hospital, Igbobi. She is in urgent need of surgery, and the estimated cost of her treatment is approximately 6 million Her family is doing everything possible, but this amount is far beyond what they can comfortably afford, which is why we are reaching out to everyone who can help. The families have already done everything they can, but they cannot carry this financial burden alone. Ada needs approximately ₦6 million for her urgent surgery and treatment. Joy needs approximately ₦4 million for her additional surgeries and post-surgery care. No amount is too small. Whether you can donate ₦1,000, ₦5,000, ₦10,000, ₦50,000, or more, your contribution can make a real difference in their lives. please share this post with your friends, family, colleagues, churches, communities, and anyone who may be able to help. They have already endured so much pain. Please, let’s not allow lack of funds to stand between Joy and Ada and the medical treatment they desperately need. Kindly support Joy and Ada. Donate, share, and help us reach the goal. DONATE. SHARE. PRAY. HELP US GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO HEAL. I’m not buying this defeatist mentality because that’s exactly where these cankerworms want you. When you become convinced that nothing can change, you stop trying and eventually stop caring. What you’re left with is apathy, and that will cost you so much more than you realise. Despair is not a political strategy. We can acknowledge how bad things are without surrendering to the idea that nothing can ever get better.

I just read that the lawyers were allowed into the DSS facility to see Rilwan Olawale. His alleged “offence”? Sending a harmless WhatsApp reminder to the Lagos REC advocating for an “E-Transmission Only” process. So, if 50,000 Nigerians send the same message, will the DSS pick up all 50,000? Is advocating for electoral transparency now a crime? We need the Lagos REC’s phone number NOW. Let Nigerians make their voices heard! #FreeRilwanNow

I’ve spent years working to put myself through school, and now, after finally completing my degree, I’m facing the possibility of homelessness. I’m asking for help to secure a place to live and start over. Any contribution or repost would mean so much. ❤️ oncrowdr.com/explore/c/help-…
