A new school year, another opportunity to lead with purpose! PROPEL Cohorts 14 & 15 are empowering students and staff. Every Student. Every Day. Whatever It Takes!
Before I was “Ms. German,” I was a BCPS student with big dreams. From Pre-K to 12th grade, BCPS shaped my story. Now, entering my 12th year of teaching, I’m honored to help shape someone else’s.🍎 #BCPSProud #BCPSLeadership #PROPELCohort15 #ChooseBCPS #YEAR12
The best part of Summer SOAR? Watching strangers become friends—students and staff alike. We leave with memories and a community.🩷 ✈️🌴 #SOAR2026 #BCPSleadership #PROPELCohort15

Growth isn’t just a number—it’s every breakthrough, every lesson, and every scholar we helped move forward. Proud of what we accomplished! 🌴 #SOAR2026 #BCPSLeadership
Couldn’t have asked for a better team. Grateful to work alongside educators who lead with heart, collaborate with purpose, and always put students first. The best teams don’t just work together—they believe in the same mission. Here’s to finishing SOAR strong! 🩷#BCPSleadership
Two weeks down and a lifetime of learning ahead. Every day shapes the leader I aspire to be. Just getting started!✈️🌴 #SOAR2026 #BCPSLeadership #PROPELCohort15

WSRA Morning News is being led by these wonderful anchors this week. When Anchor Elijah saw me, the first thing he asked was did I see him on the news. At that moment, I knew squeezing in time for our morning news was all worth it. @FranInFullBloom @BCPSLeadership
So proud of our SOAR SRA students for leading the morning announcements! Confidence, teamwork, and leadership on full display! 🌴🎤 #SOAR2026 #BCPSleadership
One of my biggest lessons during my #SOAR2026 internship has been learning that leadership isn’t about doing everything. It’s about prioritizing the right things at the right time for the greatest impact on students, staff, & the school community.

“Siri play, ‘Never Would Have Made It’ by Marvin Sapp!” Because of God and our amazing team, our first week was fantastic. To end the week, we filled each other’s cups with compliments, tied up loose ends and planned for the upcoming week.
Week one✅
Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about showing up, listening, learning, and serving with purpose. I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to grow as an Intern Assistant Principal during SOAR 2026☀️📚 #destinationacademicgrowth

Behind every girl who’s fearless enough to be herself is a strong mother who taught her confidence, kindness, and how to stay true to who she is. Thank you for always being my biggest supporter and safe place. Happy Mother’s Day 🤍
