I sold a rental in 2021. All agent did was list the house on MLS… He wrote the ad copy and had professional photos done… We had to edit his 2-3 typos. 😂 The photos were ok - but not worth his commission on a $550k sale. He definitely did not “wow” us with his service

Such a small % of people will stick with it long enough. You have to be wired a certain way and genuinely be interested… otherwise it’s too much work with too little payoff for a normal person to stick with it…

7 shameless edits that @Semrush made to a (once independent) review of @Ahrefs at @Backlinko blog. ...and 1 important edit they forgot to make.

This is a great idea for industries that are highly regulated in their marketing (like finance). The brand wants visibility on 3rd party sites, but also needs to monitor closely as an independent 'affiliate gone rogue' could get the company in trouble...

🚀💸How I made $30K from a single blog article + bonus page that took me 8 hours to write and publish (that's $3,750/hour) ..and it continues to earn on autopilot... Every. Single. Month. Sound insane and like Bullsh*t? Here's exactly how I did it 👇

SEOs mad at AI for scraping and plagiarising the content they created by using scraping tools like ahrefs and surfer to create "original" content designed to game SERPs

Niche Site Twitter is a lot of things, but I’ve never seen it represent itself as a “get rich quick” scheme. One of the few online money making ventures where MOST folks in it are very up front and open about SEO taking a long time, and requiring A LOT of work. It took me 6 months to make my first dollar. Another year and two months before my first thousand dollar month (20 months in!). The community (by-in-large) is an honest one, because it attracts a certain type of person. That “person” is able to work on something for many months, often on their own, without seeing any results at all. Yet they keep at it. Ultimately, those left standing, are the exact opposite of the get rich quick personality.

Getting verified - Helped with growth at all? I’m trying to figure out if the blue check is worth it or not?

Some sites give the name/credential of the people content has been reviewed by. If a #YMYL niche like finance for example, you'll find CFPs and other three letter titles next to reviewer names...
