If a friend or a loved one is struggling with mental health issues, it's okay not to have all the answers.
Don't try to "be perfect", just "be there" for them! Trust me, it makes a world of difference!
Sooooo... I just bought chicken noodle soup for my kids because they have sore throats. No big deal right?! Well... I just spent 10 mins trying to decide on one because I've only ever made it from scratch lol. I never knew there where so many types!!
