The Griz will play at both Idaho and Idaho State on consecutive weeks next year. It’s the first time they’ve played both schools on the road since 1974 and the first time they’ve played back-to-back since 1968.
📆 Mark those calendars, the entire 2027 schedule is locked in! 👀

Despite allowing 439 yards of total offense the @MSUBobcats_FB defense allowed just 4.2 yards per play due to EWU running a whopping 105 plays. The Eagles had the ball for 41:01 to just 18:59 for the Bobcats. MSU averaged just a tad under 9.0 yards per play. @SkylineSportsMT

No. 7 Montana #GrizFB lost vs. Idaho, 42-35
No. 10 Lamar lost at Southeastern Louisiana, 34-31

That’s quite the no call on 4th down.
Montana falls 42-35 in a game that ironically comes down to two defensive stops.
Also the first time (I believe) in my career covering Montana that the Griz lose back to back
Back at Washinton-Grizzly Stadium, which is celebrating its 40th birthday today. I was here for that 1986 win over Idaho State. So was Merrill Hoge. And Brent Pease.
And it happened. Incomplete on third-and-8. Davis has a 23-yard punt return to set #Griz up at own 45, 2:05-4Q.
They'll have 2-and-10 after the 2:00 time out.
#Griz facing third and 16 at the Idaho 25, :45-4Q: 6 yards to Gillma;n, then incomplete to Davis on 4th down. Idaho is going to win this and happy birthday, Wa-Griz. #LittleBrownStein goes to Moscow

#GrizFB has given up touchdowns on 15 of the last 18 opponent possessions; and the only “stop” in this game was when Idaho got the ball with a minute left in the first half and ran out the clock…

Idk man... this is a terrible look for Eric Sanders...
There is no way to cut it or slice it.
