A personal friend gave up a 2.125% 15 yr mortgage & refinanced to a 5.7% 30 yr mortgage so he could cash out and add a sunroom to his house. I cannot believe he did that. No way in hell I would have given up that better rate til that home was paid off. He said it was a smart move because it adds value to his home😏

Two officers, one grounded bald eagle, and a ride to the vet
Last week in Addis, Louisiana, two officers answered a call near a ball park about an injured young bald eagle. They found the eagle on the ground, unable to fly.
They secured the bird and drove straight to the LSU vet school in Baton Rouge. The department nicknamed the eagle Victor.

How beautiful he is, and how harsh it is to see time leave its mark on the face of a man we loved for so long, and grew up on his films and exceptional presence.
Bruce Willis was not just a cinematic star, but a part of the memories of an entire generation. He gave so much to cinema, and left us a legacy of unforgettable pleasure and creativity.
May God water those beautiful days, when we eagerly awaited the screening of his films, and raced to the movie theaters, despite the crowds, to watch him on the big screen.
Some stars do not age in our eyes, even as the years weigh heavily on them… they remain as we knew them, a part of the most beautiful days of life.
