Good. Wimps like you got the world shut down in 2020. Take a chance. Columbus did. Riyadh is safer than every major Democrat run city in the US.
I have to think they’ve considered this strategy. Buy at the purse bid level. Take only what you want. Win the bid and you control the economics of the event (venue, production, distribution).
Real estate is a spread trade — cap rate minus cost of debt. Buy at a 4% cap with floating debt at 3%, and you're a genius. Then SOFR goes to 5% and you're a forced seller.
This was a skit, dummies.

Mayweather is being sued by CSI ($4.65 advance ) for stealing the promo money /broadcast rights.
$4.5M advanced to Mayweather's scammy buddy who runs Frist Apex Ventures.
Mayweather breached contract by negotiating an exhibition vs a Greek kickboxer (6/27/26/
He also signed another deal with EverWonder to host the same fight at Sphere/Netflix
Frist/CSI/EverWonder tried to salvage the deal with CSI keeping billing rights, but Mayweather and crew couldn't even put up the $2M
Talk about a fumble
Jones has been fighting for close to 2 decades. He’s only been close to being finished 1 time. Against Vitor in Toronto. You can debate the AG & Reyes fights. Santos fight was competitive. But to go an entire career, never lose & only be close to being finished once? Crazy.

We are in the midst of yet another sell off. Here’s a summary of the all the sell offs that have happened just *this year*.
2026’s major selloffs have revolved around three questions: Does AI threaten existing businesses? Will oil force rates higher? And will AI spending earn an adequate return?
• LATE JAN–EARLY FEB: The software scare. Anthropic’s new tools raised fears that AI would undermine established software businesses. Software/services fell as much as 17% in six sessions. Buying returned Feb. 6–9, but that initial bounce wasn’t a full recovery.
• MARCH: The Iran/oil shock. Disrupted energy supplies raised inflation fears, reduced hopes for rate cuts and threatened growth. Selling extended into March 30. The turnaround was fast: peace-deal optimism and easing economic fears helped push the S&P and Nasdaq back to records April 15—just over two weeks later.
• JUNE: The interest-rate reset. Disappointing Broadcom results rattled chips, then strong jobs data increased fears of Fed hikes. Nasdaq fell 4.2% on June 5 alone. A rebound began the next session as buyers returned and Iran/Israel halted attacks. But selling resurfaced later in June. This wasn’t a clean V-shaped recovery.
• JULY: Another AI unwind, compounded by oil and tariff pressure. Semiconductors were more than 20% below their late-June high by July 17. Rallies started July 20–21, with strong Amazon and Microsoft earnings strengthening the rebound late in the month. Recovery continued into August and September.
• OCTOBER: AI financing and return concerns, hotter inflation and renewed oil pressure. Nasdaq lost 4.5% the week ended Oct. 16. Buying returned Oct. 19–21, but selling resumed Oct. 22. No confirmed recovery yet.
The recurring lesson: stocks turned before every problem was resolved. Easing oil pressure and evidence that earnings could hold up brought buyers back. October still needs to pass that test.
I could make that in 5 seconds.

You’re a short little man posting all about him on the internet making next to no money. He doesn’t know you exist and will likely make about 10 million dollars the next time he fights.
Play along for a second. Who is putting up the money for Mayweather Garcia? Only 2 groups can do it. Saudi and Netflix. And Turki doesn’t do gimmick fights and Mayweather already fucked Netflix over. So who is risking nearly 9 figures on this?
I’m coming back to fight Manny Pacquiao this year. Another 9 figure pay day on the way @mayweatherpromotions
Does it matter? Nothing in this life is free. Nothing. I think it’s just another line item in the marketing budget. If that’s what is happening. I don’t know what RAF does.

Morgan Stanley raises its $TSLA price target to $410 from $400.
The sum-of-the-parts (SOTP) valuation illustrates just how little of Tesla's value is attributed to traditional auto manufacturing.
MS valuation breakdown:
• FSD / Network Services: $147/share (36%)
• Robotaxi / Mobility: $123 (30%)
• Optimus / Humanoids: $55 (13%)
• Automotive: $45 (11%)
• Energy: $40 (10%)
Combined, FSD and Robotaxi account for $270/share, or 66% of Tesla's valuation. Traditional automotive manufacturing represents just 11%.
MS assumes 80% FSD attach rates at $240/month ARPU and a 5M-vehicle Robotaxi fleet by 2040.
The investment thesis isn't about selling more EVs. It's about monetizing Tesla's installed fleet through high-margin recurring software revenue and building a massive autonomous transportation network.
MS remains Equal-weight, with a $410 base case, $837 bull case and $126 bear case.
Tesla Q3 2026 Performance — Five Key Businesses
Based on Morgan Stanley's October 22, 2026 research report, The Proof is in the Miles. Includes Q3 results and subsequent management updates.
1. FSD — Strong adoption acceleration
Attach rate exceeded 75% of new North American vehicle deliveries in Q3, up from 55% in Q2 — a 20-percentage-point increase.
Global paid FSD customers exceeded 1.7 million, up from 1.5 million in Q2, representing more than 13% sequential growth.
FSD v15 improvements are supporting adoption and Robotaxi capabilities. Morgan Stanley increasingly views FSD as a major driver of vehicle purchase decisions and recurring software revenue.
Upcoming milestones: Tesla targets broader European regulatory approval in Q1 2027 and privately owned vehicles joining its unsupervised Robotaxi network around Q2 2027, subject to readiness and approvals.
2. Robotaxi — Rapid scaling
Weekly autonomous miles increased from 44,000 in early July to approximately 334,000 at the end of Q3, according to Morgan Stanley estimates. That figure subsequently reached 558,000 in mid-October.
Growth accelerated to nearly 30% week-over-week in the three weeks leading into mid-October, versus mid-to-high-teens growth previously.
Austin's Cybercab fleet expanded 10-fold in approximately one month following its September launch. Dallas is targeted for November, with Las Vegas, Phoenix, Jacksonville and San Antonio also planned.
Expanded operating capabilities: Tesla aims to move toward 24/7 service, highway travel, higher-speed roads and additional weather conditions by year-end.
Software readiness remains the primary scaling constraint, with regulation potentially becoming the next bottleneck.
3. Optimus — Progress, but commercialization remains distant
Early production began on Tesla's high-volume Optimus manufacturing line in Fremont. Most equipment for a potential 1-million-unit annual production capacity has been installed.
Scaling remains challenging. Musk indicated that reaching approximately 20,000 robots per week could take at least another year, potentially longer.
External customer deliveries are now targeted for late 2027, as Tesla works through hardware, AI, supply-chain and durability challenges.
Next milestones: Integration of Tesla's AI5 chip in April 2027 and a possible demonstration of non-preprogrammed tasks within the next one to two months. No meaningful Q3 commercial deployment volume was reported.
4. Automotive — Better-than-expected profitability
Q3 automotive revenue reached $20.56 billion, beating consensus estimates by 3.7%.
Automotive gross margin reached 18.5%, including regulatory credits, and 18.1% excluding credits. Excluding credits, margins beat consensus expectations of 16.7% by 140 basis points.
Automotive gross profit reached $3.81 billion, approximately 8.9% ahead of consensus, demonstrating improved underlying vehicle profitability.
Regulatory credit revenue was just $113 million, below consensus expectations of $180 million. Stronger margins despite lower credit revenue provide a more encouraging signal about Tesla's core manufacturing economics.
5. Energy — Strong margins, weaker revenue
Q3 Energy revenue was $2.88 billion, missing consensus expectations of $3.91 billion by approximately 26%.
Energy gross margin expanded to 33.1%, up sharply from 20.4% in Q2. However, tariff refunds and favorable warranty adjustments contributed substantially to the improvement.
2027 Megapack manufacturing capacity is nearly sold out, according to management, with demand supported by AI data centers, electricity infrastructure and broader electrification.
Pricing power is improving. Management now anticipates higher average selling prices and continued margin expansion, although Morgan Stanley cautions that increasing competition and uncertainty about planned Texas capacity could limit long-term profitability.

Man, I genuinely would support Raja getting the death penalty for this, the world would be a much better place. Premeditated, completely sociopathic behaviour that caused a TBI. Beyond rehabilitation. Instead, he got 90 days in jail.
Because Manny is tiny and a few years away from Senior Citizen discounts. Stevenson is cowardly.

The source of this is always wrong. Examples— One Championship getting kicked off Prime Video. ESPN buying UFC Fight Pass distribution rights. Several other major fake news reports from this individual. All bullshit.
That said, anyone could infer this. They did a show in May and haven’t announced anything. No rumored fights. Nothing. Netflix’s stance has been “We are open for business. Bring us your best ideas and we’ll tell you if we are interested”. MVP is a fight broker that works with Netflix but there’s no output deal. Case by case.
‼️ Netflix is unlikely to broadcast another MVP MMA event anytime soon 🎥❌
Francis Ngannou vs Jon Jones could change that, but Jones remains under UFC contract with no release in sight 📝
