There is no better person to lead Republicans out of the wilderness than my friend @BrianTJack. No one will work harder, smarter, or faster to flip seats in Congress and get back on offense.
News: Brian Jack is running for NRCC chair He just sent a dear colleague "The 2028 cycle will be very different for us. From the moment we’re sworn in to the 120th Congress, we will have roughly 16 months before we have a Presidential nominee, at which point the nation will shift its focus to the race for The White House. As such, we must swiftly act to generate the confidence, trust and support from the electorate to achieve our goal and Win Back the House."

In 2024, across the nation, voters spoke loud and clear they wanted the cost of living addressed. Instead, voters too often heard federal proposals that looked a lot like the extreme left’s: $5,000 government checks, federal stakes in private companies, and new tariffs that raise prices on struggling families. This, among other actions, led to the electoral wipeout last night. Some really quality lawmakers here in Georgia fell victim to a blue tsunami. They didn’t deserve the blame they received due to Washington dysfunction. But that’s politics, and we shouldn’t blame voters, but learn from this. My team and I talked to tens of thousands of voters over the last 2 months of this election. Moderates, independents, and conservatives. They’re tired. They’re tired of the Washington D.C. circus. They want results. They want serious people trying to solve real problems in a mature way. But take heart. They don’t want socialism. They aren’t hostile to limited government conservatism—many are begging for that. My humble advice for Georgia conservatives/republicans moving forward: >Be normal and authentic. Stop saying things you know aren’t true. Voters are smart and eventually realize who is full of it. >Be positive and winsome—a candidate voters aren’t embarrassed to vote for or talk to their neighbor about. >Have the courage of your convictions—brainstorm how to apply our principles and values to the problems facing Georgians that will appeal to those that aren’t necessarily with us 100% philosophically. Do those things, and this can be a reset that acts as a springboard to future success. If we don’t, we could be in the wilderness for a while. #gapol

Georgia deserves honest, organized, and common-sense leadership moving forward. Grateful to so many candidates who stepped up to serve our state. Now is the time to learn from this election and get to work rebuilding a strong, united conservative coalition across the Peach State.
Georgia’s political landscape was transformed Tuesday as Democrats swept every statewide office, captured the Governor’s Mansion for the first time in nearly three decades and threatened to win control of the Georgia House. My @ajc story: #gapol ajc.com/politics/2026/11/a-b…

Why we lost: the war with Iran and the cost of gas, diesel, housing and food. Why we can come back: we still hold the White House, conservatives have a 6–3 majority on the Supreme Court, and independent media gives us a voice. Bring costs down, and we can win in 2028.
The biggest winners yesterday were the elderly. They don’t have much time left anyway and they got to see America at its finest hour. Now America is over. If there’s anyone I envy in America, it’s the elderly. People in their 80s and 90s. They won’t have to see the collapse of America. It’s sad for their grandkids though who now have no future in America. But we all knew America would end someday. The experiment is over. This is why I always laughed at the posts online when the GOP said “America will never be a communist country.” Yes we will. In less than 5 years. Wake up.

"Abdul El-Sayed was the easiest litmus test imaginable for anyone who claims to have actual standards" Yep, and every single one of them failed the test.
It’s fine to believe that being anti-Trump justifies supporting every Democrat imaginable, but just don’t pretend it’s a principled stand to demand higher standards for Republicans while applying zero standards for Dems. Abdul El-Sayed was the easiest litmus test imaginable for anyone who claims to have actual standards that aren’t just based on partisan hackery. He’s a radical extremist. He surrounds himself with the most hateful and extreme people imaginable. That’s also his support base. These are people he chooses to promote and associate with because he agrees with them. His own past positions and statements back that up. Again, you can justify it however you want. Say that having a Dem in that seat is more important than opposing such radicalism on the left. But stop gaslighting people by pretending there are any principles that apply here other than being anti-Republican.

Haley Stevens isn't dumb. She knew before she backed Mike Rogers that she was abt to become the Democratic Party's greatest pariah this cycle. And that she'd never resurrect her political career if she did this. If AES loses, she gets blamed. If he wins, she looks weak. There is no political upside to what she did. And yet she chose to do it anyway. Bc clearly she felt it was the right thing to do -- despite all the voices in her ear telling her not to. Gutsy.

BIG NEWS: FCC Chairman @BrendanCarrFCC is allowing prisons and jails the power to jam contraband cellphones. Criminals are using these illegal phones to order hits, run drug operations, and exploit children, all from behind bars. APS applauds this important step to protect correctional officers, crime victims, and our communities. Being behind bars should mean an END to criminal activity, not business as usual.
MAKING AMERICA SAFE AGAIN 🇺🇸 Today, I announced the FCC will vote to authorize prisons to jam contraband cellphones for the first time ever. Almost 500,000 inmates now have access to them and 25,000 phones are seized in jails annually. Inmates are using them at exceptionally high rates to order hits, run drug operations, enable CSAM abuse of young kids, and many more awful acts. We are now giving state and local prisons & jails a tool they’ve been denied for years. Grateful for the chance to get this across the finish line.
