Something about getting dirt under your fingernails and doing something with your hands that's not just typing on a keyboard feels kinda organic and meaningful? I've been looking at getting into woodworking myself. Building physical things and not just software feels enticing to me.

IMO, a swarm is more of an action executed by ephemeral entities like short lived sub agents. Whilst a fleet is more like managed long lived nodes like my fleet of Claws that I maintain.
