Make sure you tread lightly. I have made it very clear it was me. I walked the lawsuit into the clerks office in phoenix. It would be a federal offense for me to take a court document and stamp it "filed Clerk US District court." That means you would be accusing me of committing a federal crime. SO tread real lightly. Now I will pin this post so this shit don't get lost.

It shows justice court for all his charges. That does not mean they can't bound him over to superior on the other counts. But I see nothing in Superior.

Again Alex only has 2 charges they are both misdemeanors. No felony charges. Not as of right now. And the case number has been assigned.

Who was it that said Alex was charged with 5 felonies? Where did that come from? Is it because that is what the jail showed at booking? Because that is not true. He does not have 5 counts and none of the ones he has are felonies. So something happened

I missed the whole Alex being arrested incident. I was busy dealing with a different issue. I did learn something new yesterday while talking with Phoenix Police detectives. TO which I will not go into a lot of detail but I will say this. When someone uses your profile pic.

pissed off. That is putting you in danger. All I can say is they have the messages they even know the person is using a phone service called cape. Now I have the police report case number. Then on top of a takedown notice was sent to x. Today I get a DMCA subpoena from the FC

Imagine my surprise when I was told this is allowed without having an active filed lawsuit. Only in federal court. With a safety risk involved it will be easier.

Imagine commenting on a lawsuit filed against someone for using copyrighted material, then turning around and posting that exact same material yourself. And to top it off, you slap “This is not copyright infringement” on it like those words magically make it legal. No commentary. No criticism. And you already knew the material was copyrighted. That makes a pretty strong argument for willful infringement. Then you have the nerve to get pissed off when you get sued? This is the damn problem. People don't think before they act. They're too busy trying to look cool, putting on a show for everybody, until that same shit blows up in their face. And before anybody starts running their mouth, I had absolutely nothing to do with walking in and filing that lawsuit. But damn, you can't seriously say you didn't see it coming. Now here we are. Whether the lawsuit wins, loses, or ends in a draw, who the hell has time for all that? People need to learn that every action has a reaction. Sometimes the reaction comes with a federal case number.

I don't even know what that means. "No third-party contact"? Unless he's saying JLR can't contact Ricky on behalf of Alex, because that's the only type of third-party contact that would apply under an injunction. I wish people would understand what third-party contact actually means under the law. If Person A has an injunction against Person B, Person B cannot ask Person C to contact Person A on their behalf. For it to qualify as prohibited third-party contact, there has to be evidence that the restrained person directed or asked someone else to contact the protected person on their behalf. Simply having contact with someone who knows both parties does not automatically make it third-party contact. The contact has to be made on behalf of the person restrained by the injunction. But damn I missed a lot. But for good reason and soon everyone will know why. And some are damn sure not going to like it.
Replying to @FuxGiven404
Jonathan needs to be careful. Nerdy is requesting no 3rd party contact so he can set him up. They have all been colluding behind the scenes. WB is getting charges laid on Alex as well.

Some people do not think shit through. They file a motion for change of venue, claiming their reason is that my address is not in Pima County. But they cite the law in their own filing. Venue is not based on my address, no matter where that is. It is based on where the action occurred. So you file proof of where they were when they committed the action. Then they continue wasting the court's time fighting venue, even though they themselves cited the law. That, on top of straight-up lying to the court and the judge more than once, and they still want to press their luck. It doesn't matter where the case takes place. The bigger question is, why does he want it in Maricopa County so badly? At first, I thought maybe he believes that if the case gets moved to Maricopa County, he can then try to have it tossed for lack of jurisdiction, despite the fact that he filed for an injunction in Pima County. But I can't believe even he would think something so stupid. Jurisdiction and venue are two completely different things. Even if a case is transferred to a different venue, it does not change the State of Arizona's jurisdiction. So again, why does he want it in Maricopa County so badly? At this point he is pissing the judge off with wasted time and bullshit lies that he gets caught in every single time. Especially when I already know the judge is not going to grant his motion.

Some of you may want to check the copyright. He copyrighted the entire video. Not just a frame of it.

How am I doxxing you I have not posted any personal information that is why all the post you reported are still up. You are just mad because you know I can prove you are a liar. And little do you know you just proved me right. Because how can I be doxxing you if I have the wrong person.
It seems like @FuxGiven404 doxxes people pretty regularly. She doxxed @UTUBESTREETS wife. She's the one that gives Alex and JLR people's personal information. That's how Alex gets the info to harass, stalk, and threaten people. In my case, she's doxxing me and another lady to silence me. I'm sure the others that have been doxxed, is because of her.

I’m sick of hearing about fair use. News flash: half of you are dead wrong, and the other half are only half right. Fair use isn’t a magic phrase you say to make copying legal. A court weighs four factors, and one of the biggest is whether your commentary is actually about the clip you’re playing. Say you play a stuntman video, he misses the landing and eats dirt, and you break down how he didn’t jump in time. You’re commenting on the clip itself. That’s the kind of use fair use was built for. Now say you play someone’s copyrighted video and spend the whole time talking about what a messed-up person he is because he allegedly hit his girlfriend, and you never once talk about what’s in the clip. The Supreme Court has said that when your commentary has nothing to do with the work you borrowed, your fair use claim gets weaker, sometimes to the point of vanishing. And if you’re getting paid for views off his footage, that counts against you even more. So no, slapping someone’s video on screen and trashing them doesn’t automatically make it fair use. Even when you go click make a video private . That does not protect you. Clearly you did not have it private the whole time or he would not have the link to it in the first place.

Imagine a Arizona rule that requires you to give notice to a defendant that if they do not correct something you will file a motion to have them sanctioned. So you follow the rule. Then they don't want you to follow the rule. It's fucking hilarious.
