Man, it really, really sucks how racist and needlessly cruel this place has become.
I genuinely, honestly enjoy X, which is why it’s all the more tragic how horrible the discourse is around here now.
Racism and cruelty permeate every conversation, even the most benign and well intentioned threads become mired in the shit. The absolute worst of humanity on display at all times. Hooray!
Social media amplifies the minor differences between people that really shouldn’t ever be exposed, examined and amplified to such a degree.
In reality i probably disagree with many of my neighbors, associates and even friends on a variety topics to the same degree that although minor will get you called all sorts of slurs and other derogatory remarks when discussed on this site. Yet we continue associating just fine because we comport ourselves like real people in the real world.
Point is, it’s one thing to hash it out with actual Nazis, commies, far left, far right, but by and large most people I meet are slightly one way or the other and don’t want our society to crumble.
Social media is a volatile accelerant.

Slavish devotion to the Republican Party will not save this country. Boomers and Conservatives have voted for the “lesser of two evils” for 60 years and legitimized all of the social and moral evils they claimed to oppose.
• Blasphemy, abortion, contraception, sodomy, pornography, IVF and remarriage are universally decriminalized
• Women’s liberation, sex education, co-education and obscene and immoral media have all been normalized
• Free-thinking, religious indifferentism, Liberalism, Communism and Socialism are popular ideologies, even though they must be condemned
This is why consistently choosing the “lesser of the two evils”, particularly when this pattern manifests itself over the course of decades, runs the risk of legitimizing evil, far from opposing and overcoming it — which is the actual, motivating reason for that initial decision of toleration, i.e. to “choose the lesser of the two”.
Ignoring the theoretical problems with this strategy: it has simply not worked. The proof is in the pudding.
The GOP must fundamentally change, and become the party for God, dedicated to His Social Rights in the sublime Reign of Christ the King. Only then can there be true peace, including protection for families, deference to authority and protection of the poor and oppressed.
As Pope St. Pius X taught: There is no true civilization without a moral civilization, and no true moral civilization without the true religion: it is a proven truth, a historical fact.

Hey all, absolutely loving Control Resonant!
You guys never miss and I never miss a @remedygames but perhaps I've encountered a bug, or perhaps I am just a dummy but after doing 2 of Pope's ballons I have tried two others and the sensors to not give any audio feedback or light up green when at the correct location, no prompt to place the sensor even though I am at the correct location.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thx! 🙏
