The UK is my home, it’s where my roots are. But I genuinely cannot see myself living here in the next 5 years if there isn’t drastic cultural changes. Truly an island full of nasty, bitter, hateful old folks who want nothing more than to see the world burn.

“Face-sitting without obstructing breathing is unlikely to be prohibited.” You should be making my rent affordable. You should be providing me opportunities for my future. Instead you’re dictating whether I can record bush on my face

"I talked to the prop guy and said, 'These are my prop joints, right? Just oregano?'" Matthew McConaughey recalled. "Yeah, I got that. Don't worry," Snoop Dogg smiled. On the first night of filming 'The Beach Bum', Oscar-winner Matthew McConaughey prepared for an intense, eight-minute continuous take. He expected fake movie props. Snoop Dogg had other plans. "We do the scene, passing the joint back and forth, smoking hardcore," McConaughey laughed. "Right after, I feel like... man, that wasn't prop." Snoop leaned over with a grin: "Yo, Moondog. That wasn't prop weed. That was Snoop weed." "I didn't say another word of English that night," McConaughey admitted. "I rapped for 13 hours straight." When McConaughey stumbled back to set the next day at 5:30 PM, still hazy, he asked Snoop how he performed. "You was great, Moondog," Snoop replied. "You hit four inside-the-park home runs." We live in a hyper-regulated culture that demands rigid control, constant planning, and rehearsed perfection. We are conditioned to panic the moment reality strays from the script. Matthew McConaughey and Snoop Dogg proved a liberating truth. Sometimes, the most iconic moments in life happen when you completely lose control, drop your armor, and just enjoy the ride.

Your job is to make as much money as possible by any means necessary. Don’t box yourself into roles. Don’t identify with your job. Nobody cares if you’re a software/ai/cloud/anything engineer, your knowledge might be obsolete in a few months and you could get laid off next year, who knows. Build multiple income sources. Skill up. Try to escape the rat race. Play the system. Cheat. Commit fraud. Lie on your resume. Whatever. You’re not winning this game by staying a good, obedient employee.

Very fitting that these experiments begin in RDR2 even though these experiments began in Shadow of Mordor 15 years ago lol
The central idea in ‘Westworld’ wasn’t that machines became conscious by getting smarter. It was that consciousness emerged when they began remembering their suffering instead of resetting after it. Now we’re giving NPCs persistent memories, identities, and the ability to hold grudges. It will make replay value skyrocket. Very fitting that these experiments begin in RDR.

Genuinely the gayest thing I’ve ever seen
Last night the North arrived. Tonight you will see the Midlands. Patriots are mobilizing. Doubled in numbers since they jailed Danny Tommo. The sleeping lion is awake ⏰️

about to go to my cousin's wedding where there will be 800 people who don't use AI & am missing san francisco. it's nice being able to go to a random bar in sf & know that there's someone there who will be down to converse about the exact topics that most interest you. i take it for granted way too often

They want us to pay for a TV license to watch AI generated Dr Who 🤣🤣🤣
The BBC's new director general has described a 50-minute AI-generated episode of Doctor Who as "pretty good," and suggested that the technology now enabled the creation of content "at the standard of a Hollywood studio." bit.ly/4rD8rmh
