Just watched BBC2’s #hospital, that had to be one of the hardest things I’ve watched. The sadness and devastation left not only to covid patients/families but the urgent operation delays, those dying whilst waiting, Dr’s having to decide who gets that operation. RIP Dave 😔

The Graduate RN is a critical professional, safety and quality requirement for Nursing and Midwifery in the UK. The case was made (and hard fought for) alongside other HCP roles such as AHPs recognisng the complexity and expertise required to do the role.
