These guys make me better every time I work with them! @GC3greg @KWAYNE_FITNESS always push me to get better. One of our best sit downs here. Listen up. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas…
Sitting with the discomfort free from judgement will open up space to live and experience life as it is, not as we think it always should be
If we are constantly striving for and fixated on feeling and thinking a certain way (Happy, Positive,etc..), we will ironically overreact to and fixate on the small, unavoidable discomfort and frustrations that are part of life, leading us back to a greater striving to feel good!
Announcers often claim golfers need “short-term memory loss”. Please don’t judge yourself when you don’t attain this. It’s not possible or necessary. Remembering fear and danger is a survival skill. Accept, don’t judge, and there is no need to avoid a bad memory.
Improvement and excellence aren’t goals! They are byproducts of self-awareness and fulfillment. Folks come to me when they want to play better only to learn it is about feeling better. They will play better when they feel better

My dad asked why I wear nice clothes to all my games. He said none of the other kids are dressing up. I said, Dad, you never know who's watching you. #MondayMotivation
While it has provided us with the ability to survive and adapt, our power to predict and remember makes us unable to live fully in the present - Watts
For some, our obsession with time ( past and future ) is so strong that it can appear MORE real then our real current experience, interfering with our ability to derive engagement and fulfillment from the present moment
