A big thank you to Pa State Representative-elect Jamie Barton from the 124th Legislative District for visiting GES today! Mr. Barton spoke with our 4th grade students about the job responsibilities of a state representative and about Pa State Government.
Mr. Temchatin often takes time to come to GES classrooms to read and visit. Great picture of how much our students appreciate that.
What do you get when @KutztownASD superintendent @temchatin visits the library at @GESKASD? The perfect snapshot when K Ss recognize a reader and a leader who they wouldn’t let leave without a group hug! Perfect example of our @KutztownASD culture-positivity & love for learning!
Fantastic morning of Field Day Fun at GES this morning. Looking forward to more fun and beautiful skies this afternoon!

@GESKASD has the best secretary ever! She was an important piece of our scavenger hunt today in Kindergarten. After we studied a folktale, The Gingerbread Baby, our main character escaped from the book, but we found him! Where will he hide next? @KutztownASD

Thanks 2 the Skype a Scientist program, today Miss Scheidt’s 3rd graders got to video chat with an astronomer! Dr. Jeff Robertson, professor of Astronomy & Astrophysics from Arkansas Tech University, took time this morning 2 answer all of their burning questions about space.
I was nominated by @AllyScheidt and @GeorgeFiore to post a day in the life of an educator. No explanations just a photo: 7 days 7 photos.

Good morning,
Enjoy some pics of our "Polar Express" Day at GES. All students got a yellow ticket punched by the conductor this morning in order to board the "Greenwich Express". It was a great morning! They loved it!
Happy Holidays!
