A valid point here for sure. It is curious that owners are dipping into staff's tips, rather than providing a mean for guests to tip directly to the venue. Those who wishes to support a venue usually tips directly to the venue, or indicate that the tip is for the venue to share.

Thanks for this summary Luna... I can't keep up with the drama 😂😭 What concerns me more than anything is that no-one seems to care that the actual people being deceived in this payment system are the patrons that expect their tips to go to the person they're giving it to.
