A couple came to view a Spanish Deco one bedroom apartment today in Miracle Mile, Los Angeles. They had recently seen a large modern loft in Mar Vista, three stories, private roof deck, all the amenities. They chose our Spanish Deco unit over the modern loft because they didn’t “feel” anything in the other space. The pendulum is swinging and more people are choosing character, history, and emotion over large modern boxes ✨🏰

There’s one property management company in LA whose speciality is buying old buildings, ripping out the contemporary bathrooms, and putting in bathrooms that look like this. They get some of the highest rents in the city and have a waitlist for units
