In Moscow, Rwanda set the record straight. 🇷🇼
At the Russia–Africa Summit, PM Justin Nsengiyumva named the real threat: the FDLR, the genocidal force behind the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, which still enjoys State support in the DRC.
Rwanda is in full compliance with the Washington Accords. Only one head of state went off-topic, "once again whining about Rwanda."

Reading the Washington Accords makes it clear that this is another cynical move, much like previous attempts.
The commitments are reciprocal and apply to both sides.
#Rwanda cannot be pressured into exposing itself to an existential security threat while the other side fails to fulfill its own obligations.
