The space keeps saying “collaboration,” but most of the time it just means cross-posting, allowlists, or temporary attention swaps.
That is not enough.
Collections shouldn’t have to live as isolated islands.
Don’t get me wrong, a few recent announcements have me hopeful. Space Riders & Mortals looks like they may be really beginning to co-build, and time will tell what comes from it. I know @zubic_eth is a true builder and visionary who sees things through to the best of his ability.
But the next step has to be actual co-building across this space:
shared mechanics
shared tools
shared events
shared identity layers
shared game systems
shared ways for communities to actually interact
Not collection vs collection
Not FP vs FP.
Network to network.
DApp to DApp.
Human to Human.

Genesis holders get first chair at the table.
I have built a lot since @ApeFathersNFT launched, but this one still means something different.
It was my first collection I deployed, my first real community, and the project that taught me how much can be built around a group of people who simply decide to care, and stay.
We are giving Genesis the ending it deserved.
Then we build forward. 🦍
Not closing the collection. Hard cap stays at 4,000.
- 1–1500 = Genesis (original set)
- 1501–2000 = Protocol-Unlock set (these will tie directly into Threadbound)
- Remaining tokens = testing ground to evolve the system properly
The Threadbound Forge is the first real piece of that direction. More coming soon.

One thing that's a gripe of mine in NFTs:
The moment someone buys an asset, everyone agrees it's theirs.
But the moment they decide to sell it, suddenly everyone has an opinion.
List higher.
List lower.
Don't list.
Hold longer.
Trust the process.
Think of the community.
It's your asset when you buy it.
It should still be your asset when you sell it.
People are free to build.
People are free to hold.
People are free to collect.
People are free to leave.
That's the tradeoff of ownership.
You can't celebrate decentralization and then get upset when people exercise it.

It’s been an incredible first 3 weeks for DDG, not only celebrated by many, but surrounded by an infectiously positive energy that’s been amazing to witness
Over the past 9 months, we carefully planned every part of this experience:
the art, the theme, the traits, the balance, the sub-groups, the collectibility, the lore, its past, its future, how the IP could evolve, the launch, the marketing, the honoraries, and most importantly how we could make it genuinely entertaining for those willing to immerse themselves in it
No throwing things at the wall hoping something sticks.
No chasing trends or shilling memecoins.
Just a dedicated team building something passionately they truly believed in, with the proof of work now visible in the results
What comes next is about building on top of the foundations we’ve established
That’s why this was never designed to be a short-term pump, but instead a steady example of organic growth driven by a genuine community and a space celebrating something high quality that feels different, dynamic, collectible, and undeniably fun
Ruang, myself, and the entire team worked incredibly hard on this for many months. As a leader, I’ll never allow that effort... or what this community has built around it... to be downplayed or dismissed
