We formally put Vanity Fair and Condé Nast on notice regarding the false and defamatory allegations published about our client, Jared Kushner.
Serious questions are now being raised about the credibility of this reporting, including by independent journalists.
Despite repeated requests, the author has failed to produce a single bank statement, wire transfer record, account number, or other verifiable evidence supporting these extraordinary accusations.
We have seen no indication that Vanity Fair conducted any independent verification of these claims before publishing them.
We call on Vanity Fair to clarify publicly whether it independently verified these allegations and, if so, what evidence supports them. Or did it simply republish the author’s claims without conducting its own fact-checking?
We have demanded that Vanity Fair remove the article and preserve all records relating to its reporting, fact-checking, editorial review, and publication.
Letter attached. More to come.

If you want to know why America is polarized, it’s the fault of the media.
Yesterday, the Free Beacon, a conservative outlet, caught Abdul Sayed in a lie when Abdul denied his family had a connection to the Muslim Brotherhood. The FB showed a tweet by his own sister saying their mother belonged to the MB.
The revelation that Abdul lied about his family ties to a radical Islamic terrorist group was ignored by NBC, ABC, CBS’s nightly news shows. The NYT and WP haven’t covered it.
This should be a screaming front page story. Instead, the MSM runs cover for Abdul.
The American people just want to know the truth about their politicians. Instead, the media are helping Abdul cover up the truth.
Abdul has a lot to hide. It’s a tragedy the MSM is part of the team helping him hide it.

As more AI incidents come to light, the US Gov & companies need dependable reporting mechanisms to verify what is happening.
Thank you to @joellthayer of @A1Policy for backing my AI Incident Reporting Act: mandatory reporting, clear timelines, narrow scope. Trust through verification.

Exhibit A: Austin ISD students staged a walkout today.
The schools could easily stop them.
They choose not to when it supports their political agenda.
The radical left is organizing in America’s schools, and their end goal is total anarchy.
Their strategy calls for taking over “classroom by classroom, school by school.” And they're working hand in glove with @DemSocialists candidates nationwide.
This political machine wants power and they're using YOUR KIDS to get it. November's election will determine whether or not America's children get swept up in the communist revolution. ⬇️
Heartbroken by this news. I worked with Raul for many years, and you never had to guess what mattered to him. He loved God, loved his family, and loved Texas — and it showed in everything he did. Our state is better because he was here.
Praying for his wife, his kids, and our friends at @TexasAFP.

A network of pro-China organizations bankrolled by tech tycoon Neville Roy Singham is staging coordinated protests from Austin to the United Nations — timed to the exact week President Trump prepares for high-stakes negotiations with Chinese President Xi Jinping, according to reporting by Fox News Digital's @AsraNomani @Dorgan_M @MizellPreston.
Fox News Digital has documented how Singham funneled $285 million through a donor-advised fund and shell companies into nonprofits, media outlets and activist groups pushing anti-American and pro-China messaging. His wife, CodePink cofounder Jodie Evans, led protests outside the UN and OpenAI's offices in New York this week, while allied socialist organizations mobilized demonstrators in Austin.
Lawmakers warn the protests — publicly framed around immigration, climate, AI and Israel — create a rolling image of domestic chaos that China can exploit as a negotiating advantage. A federal grand jury in the Southern District of New York is now investigating whether Singham's financial network involved alleged wire fraud, bank fraud or money laundering.
Grateful to the @amsocmx for having me today. I spoke about the US/Mexico relationship and how both countries can work to improve it.

Texas stood firm when Washington failed to secure the border—and Texas taxpayers carried the cost.
TPPF has long been proud to support Texas’ efforts to secure our border and defend our sovereignty.
Thank you to Gov. Abbott and Secretary Mullin for their leadership, and to President Trump and Congress for delivering this historic reimbursement and much-needed relief to Texas taxpayers.
Yesterday, I spoke with Homeland Security Secretary Mullin, who confirmed that Texas will receive $7.5 BILLION as part of the federal funding to reimburse our border security costs.
Texas held the line when Washington would not. Now, Washington is reimbursing Texas taxpayers for those expenses.
Thank you, President Trump and Secretary Mullin, for delivering for Texas.
