I’m fighting to block a proposed 400-megawatt data center from being built on federal land at NAVWAR, here in San Diego. If built, this would be the largest data center in the state. Our community has been clear: we don’t want this!

⚡ ~$28 billion — total initial contract value on a 15-year triple-net powered land lease, with the tenant reimbursing $RIOT for the cost of power and onsite operations
⚡ 910 megawatts of critical IT, 1.0 gigawatt of utility load — a single tenant takes the entire 332-acre contiguous Corsicana core parcel
⚡ $1.8 billion average annualized net operating income — over the lease term
⚡ 400-megawatt phase 1 by September 2027 — @RiotPlatforms delivers land, powered pads and power delivery infrastructure, while Frontier AI Lab procures, installs and operates the modular compute
⚡ $6 million per megawatt capex — $RIOT funds up to $2 million per megawatt of site work, plus $4 million per IT megawatt in tenant reimbursements after each phase is delivered and rent starts
⚡ No equity issuance anticipated — $RIOT 's cash portion comes from existing liquidity, and reimbursements are expected to be funded with non-recourse project debt, or rent credits if comparable financing isn't available

Tesla Halloween is HORRIBLE. It was all cute while driving around with the ghosts and pumpkins, then I got home and parked in my garage.
Wtf noise is spontaneously coming from my garage? Did a coyote follow me in? Is my water heater gurgling? Nearly scheduled technician before realizing is the fking Tesla making crazy noises from the external speakers.
Sometimes you just need to cut open your ceiling to find out what seemed like a devastating leak was actually just a very wet towel sitting on janky grouted tile for a little too long
Update: got four more quotes via thumbtack and I have secured a contractor. Balcony gmi!
Sadly, the first quote was way off and the second quote was the general ballpark 😳
