I have been blown away with the effort, creativity and attention to detail from Year 7 with their set design diorama homework projects. 👏🏻
Peer learning: creating presentations, blookets and I was particularly impressed with this quiz which was marked by the “teacher” student and graded in line with school policy. 👏🏻One group had a 30 second plank as a consequence for wrong answers. They didn’t learn that from me!😅
The universe didn’t give up on putting us in each other’s paths and thank goodness for that. “I think I’ll miss you most of all, Scarecrow.” 🌈❤️💔

The best bunch including the past three English Department NQTs who thankfully have been able to stay. Always remember your force fields. 🤝🏼@MsHiggins3 @MsKeaneSCHS @Mrs_Sloan15 #MissBalmer 💛
Tomorrow, after 8 years, I will be saying goodbye to @_stcolumba’s and these words I have shared before ring truer than ever. I will miss the pupils, my colleagues and friends dearly but I know it’s not really goodbye; it can’t be when you’re part of something so special. ❤️✨🌍

The real Wizard of Oz behind the scenes? Mrs Mitchell. Her talent, patience, vision, kindness and encouragement of our young people is unwavering. We are the luckiest school in the world to have her leading out productions which is why our shows are always so special. @SCHDrama🎭
