One time we had an especially late night LAN in-studio - almost midnight. There were multiple lobby remakes and everyone was pissed. We ran so late because I accidentally messed up the spectator client network and blamed it on something else. Sorry.

Terrible experience with @IHGOneRewards as a Platinum Rewards member. Lots of craziness with my credit card and then essentially being told to “just dispute it with my credit company” without IHG offering any resolution. Really disappointed. Case # 10571943873

I have been spent thousands at IHG properties with my family in the past few years - to the extent of driving out of the way to stay at their locations. Seriously considering transferring loyalty to another provider and being done with IHG altogether after this.

I wish we could just go back to Margarita Thom. Just bottle that up and keep it. You all saw a hilarious video, but those of us sitting around that table were sharing genuine laughs while having stable work that took care of us. That place doesn’t exist any more.

Booked a @vrbo and arrived to find it filled with floor to ceiling black mold. Contacted VRBO immediately and they told us we could not stay there due to health concerns and that we’d be issued a full refund. It’s been 2 months and still no refund.

@vrbo did provide us with accommodations for 2 days of our trip but we had to pay out of pocket for the remaining days which puts my family in a worse spot financially since we never had our original booking refunded so now we’re out hundreds of $$$ more.

I’ve contacted @vrbo customer service 6-7 times and have been told each time to “be patient” but after 2 months I am just ready to get my money back and go back to living my life. Please make this right @vrbo .
