1. Wycofać Policję z budynku i terenu TK.
2. Odblokować pracę TK. Umożliwić prezesom, sędziom i Straży wykonywanie obowiązków.

The legitimate President of the Constitutional Tribunal, Święczkowski, is being denied entry to the court premises by usurpers who have barricaded themselves inside, accompanied by the government units.
Consequently, the rightful President has begun his work... outside the court building.
To put this into perspective: it is as if the some U.S. administration were to forcibly seize the Supreme Court, oust the lawful justices, install party appointees in their place, and barricade themselves inside - leaving the legitimate authorities to conduct their proceedings on folding camping tables just outside the gate.
Meanwhile, a usurpatory judicial panel operates as an alternative, issuing alternative rulings that are respected by the liberal government, yet these rulings are not recognized by anyone else and lack any legitimacy.
The legal chaos that will ensue from this episode will be absolutely staggering.

It was clear, of course, that the EU would support Tusk’s coup d’état, just as it had previously supported the annulment of elections in Romania or the political persecution of Le Pen in France.

Ważnym elementem skazania osób za zamach stanu będzie rozliczenie funkcjonariuszy, którzy biorą w nim udział. Nie ma tu żadnych wątpliwości: nawet ci z najniższego szczebla poniosą odpowiedzialność karną.
Są świadomi, że łamane jest prawo i że uczestniczą w zamachu stanu - niezależnie od tego, jakie polecenia służbowe im wydano. Mieli obowiązek odmówić wykonania nielegalnego rozkazu. Są funkcjonariuszami, ludźmi, którzy powinni stać na straży bezpieczeństwa Rzeczypospolitej, a nie ślepymi wykonawcami woli przełożonych.

Head of Constitutional Court later sued Zelensky and won. Ukraine’s Supreme Court ruled that removing him exceeded Zelenskyy’s powers. Which can be seen as usurpation.
After that the Constitutional Court head was poisoned in Austria.
Zelenskyy prepared to seize power long before the war. His dumb bots won’t know this.
