So @FanDuelSports @FanDuel_Support literally have the worst “rewards” system. Their 10% bet back is only for if you end up down on the week not on your actual losing bets. This is so bad. There is no point in being a level 4 tier with them at this point. What are the better sports books with actual good rewards systems?

Hey @FanDuel_Support your support is atrocious. You all never gave me my bonus back bet and when I complained your support team just said "I see it was issued to your account" not listening to what I was saying that I never saw it or had the ability to use it clearly pointing to a bug. Eventually they escalated it, but I'm waiting over a week for a response now? - This is insane. I'm a level 4 member, maybe I need to put all my volume through @DKSports instead.
