C02 exhausts from the feet only as it is a heavy element. Trees breathe it and it is super fuel for them. Wear boots all day then take them off in front of a bonfire to witness this phenomenon. This will cleanse your body of the cells and toxins which can kill you.
This strategy will bring you closer to nature and can help save your live from cansur. The best cure for cansur is never getting it!

Another issue is if you choose to represent yourself as I have in the past you will not be given the ability to communicate with proper body language. Handcuffs not taken off and I had to present from a box with vinyl plastic which resembled a hockey penalty box.
So I threw the clipboard they gave me in the direction of the judge, not at her or with intent to harm, so she could read what I was trying to say.
I doubt if she read it. I was charged with assault on a peace officer even though she was not harmed. The charges were dropped.
Request in person court if you ever find yourself dealing with the law!
Unfortunately in @TownofNewmarket and #YorkRegion the system is currently such that despite the Police department head office being less than 20 minutes away from the court initially all matters are zoom.
Zoom calls are an injustice to fair legal proceedings as they block the cerebellum from properly communicating with the judge, jury, lawyers and those physically present with the ultraviolet and ultrared visual communication system of the cerebellum, the inner most brain.
