4. Hide behind the 1st Amendment when hauled into court—deliberately violating their IRS commitments to run out the voting clock
They monetize the tax code as a public charity, but run their operations as an exclusive partisan club.
The Court has put them under a mandatory federal litigation hold. The scam is officially on the public record regardless of how the Court rules!

When our campaign filed Ayyadurai v. Belmont Voice, we set out to perform an essential public service for the American voter: stress-test whether federal courts have the power to stop tax-subsidized media cartels from manipulating elections and violate civil rights.
Today’s federal ruling delivered that answer loud and clear: the judicial system is completely impotent - ballless - against the NON-PROFIT MEDIA SCAM that can be racist and manipulate elections without ANY punishment.
The court’s order officially documents what millions of working people already know: elite media brands can rebrand as 501(c)(3) "charities" to dodge taxes and harvest donations, coordinate regional candidate syndicates, and then hide behind corporate First Amendment shields while judges admit they lack the statutory power to stop them.
The Judge's decision has laid bare how anyone can legally run this scam under current law:
Step 1: Register a 501(c)(3) "newsroom" and pledge "educational non-partisanship" to the IRS.
Step 2: Pocket tax-deductible donations, cry "poor," take public perks, and pay zero taxes.
Step 3: Organize multi-town newsroom consortiums to profile establishment candidates who have committed statutory rape, homicides, drug deals, etc. while executing a coordinated blackout of independent rivals.
Step 4: Run out the clock past early voting, mail a perfunctory 4-question email survey, and tell the court you "offered coverage".
Step 5: Hide behind 50-year-old corporate press precedents (Miami Herald v. Tornillo) when hauled into court, knowing federal judges are powerless to force equal treatment.
Step 6: Laugh all the way to the bank because the courts have no power to intervene and the IRS sleeps past Election Day.
We laid this entire racket bare under penalty of perjury on the federal docket.
We proved beyond all doubt that this system will never self-correct - because it is ROTTEN TO THE CORE. This is not an accident, a bureaucratic oversight, or an honest mistake: it is a SYSTEM OF EXCLUSION BY DESIGN.
The mechanics are intentionally mismatched: the IRS is engineered to move at a glacial, multi-year pace, while elections move at lightning speed. By the time the tax collectors even look at a complaint, the ballots are certified, the establishment candidate is installed, and justice is permanently denied.
The ruling class built this trap so that ordinary citizens and independent challengers would have zero legal recourse.
The courtroom cannot save us from a game that was rigged before we even walked through the door. As your U.S. Senator, I will lay the evidence from this historic lawsuit on the Senate floor and introduce the Equal Access & Anti-Cartel Act to strip 501(c)(3) status from discriminatory media cartels.
Lawsuits and legislative bills alone will never reform an entrenched oligarchy. A system this corrupt cannot be gently adjusted from within - it must be fundamentally shattered by non-justiciable, bottom-up movement of the people.
Real change will only come when working people organize outside their rigged institutional sandbox, reject their gatekeepers, and take power into their own hands.

IRS has 3 rules that apply to you that in no uncertain legal terms require you to give EQUAL coverage and prominence to every general election political candidate since Sept. 1, 2026 when the primary ended and BEFORE early ballots are mailed.
