I got on the phone with a constituent I’ll call John Doe. He opened a letter from the Commonwealth of Virginia that said, “Congratulations, we’ve restored your rights to vote.” His first thought: “When did I lose them?” Then he looked closer. The letter wasn’t for him. It was addressed to a man he’s never heard of, who doesn’t live at his address and as far as he knows never has. Inside was a QR code that goes straight to voter registration. First dead felons. Then “Betty, no last name.” Then Biscuit the dog. Now letters going to strangers’ homes. John asked us to protect his identity because, like Biscuit’s owner, he’s worried about retribution for telling the truth. I understand. They’re coming after me too. But I’m grateful for every Virginian willing to speak up. We need to find out exactly what’s going on in the Governor’s Mansion in Richmond. Only a couple of days left. Tell your friends to VOTE. God bless you, and God bless America. #Election2026 #Midterms2026 #VoteRedToSaveAmerica #tomgarrett

About a month ago, Governor Spanberger was told dead Virginians were getting their voting rights restored, along with a QR code that put them one scan away from a mail-in ballot. She said she’d get to the bottom of it. Then “Betty, no last name” got a rights restoration and a QR code. Then Biscuit, a beagle-hound mix who has been dead for five years, got one too. (She/her. Do not misgender Biscuit.) When a reporter asked about Betty, the Governor’s answer was a “spreadsheet error” with the mail merge. Her explanation for Biscuit sounded eerily similar. Nothing to see here, folks. Move along. These aren’t the droids you’re looking for. If this were Scooby-Doo, we’d be right before the mask comes off. But we’re not there yet. You know how we get there?

📷 You’ve heard about dead people getting their voting rights restored in Virginia. You haven’t heard this one. Biscuit Rigsby of Goochland died five years ago. Governor Spanberger just restored her voting rights anyway. There’s an official letter, the state seal, and the Governor’s signature. Biscuit was a beagle-hound mix. Her owner had no idea she could vote. He was even more surprised to learn she was a felon. His comment: “Biscuit was a good girl.” It’s funny, but it’s true, and it’s a serious problem days before one of the most important midterms of our lifetime.

Ever wonder why outlets like the Washington Post have zero credibility? They ran headlines calling this a “Virginia man” who took a sledgehammer to the Iwo Jima memorial statue near Quantico and decapitated one of the Marine figures. It wasn’t a “Virginia man.” The suspect is one Miguel Alonso Maldonado Soriano, a Mexican national who entered the country illegally, was granted a stay under Obama’s DACA program, and had it extended under Biden. Fox got the story right. Too many others buried the most relevant fact. That statue honors Marines who raised the flag on Mount Suribachi and the hundreds of thousands of Americans who gave everything in World War II so others could be free. Attacking it isn’t just vandalism, it’s an insult to their sacrifice. If you’re a Marine, a veteran, or someone who still respects that history, and you haven’t voted yet in Virginia, what are you waiting for? Early voting has been open for weeks. Borders, the rule of law, and honoring the people who defended this country are on the ballot. Tell your friends to vote!

Looks like Louise Lucas just learned that no one is above the law!
🚨 IT GETS WORSE: Federal prosecutors say the Louise Lucas enterprise didn't stop at marijuana. According to the U.S. Attorney's office in the Eastern District of Virginia, agents recovered both illegal narcotics AND firearms when they searched properties tied to the operation. They say one of the enterprise's businesses was also used to scam a COVID-era loan program. The prosecutor called it "a criminal enterprise operating in plain sight." Prosecutors say her relatives and associates conspired to cash in on her legislation, her access, and her influence. Drugs, guns, and taxpayer COVID money, all allegedly run out of the office of one of Virginia's most powerful Democrats. Unreal.

Virginia Senate Democratic Leader Louise Lucas was indicted today, largely on drug and fraud charges.I don’t do schadenfreude well, and she is innocent until proven guilty. With that said, information released in the multi-count indictment is damning, to say the least. What does it show? She knew she was breaking the law. She very deliberately and intentionally wielded power to put money into her own pocket… again and again. Heck, she even said so repeatedly. She went out of her way to punish people who didn’t do what she wanted, and told Democratic colleagues that they needed to assist her in doing so. She held up the state budget to get the marijuana legislation she was admittedly using to “create generational wealth” for herself and her family. Now she says it is a racist conspiracy. This is rich coming from someone who also famously said, “Trump just learned that no one is above the law,” and “I’m too old not to be greedy.” Again, I don’t like schadenfreude, but of all the people who shouldn’t knowingly violate the law, maybe the leader of the Virginia Senate Democrats should be near the top of the list.

Something just happened in Richmond that shows exactly where Virginia Democrats’ priorities really are. A special session of the General Assembly was set for October 26th. On paper it was about filling vacancies on the Court of Appeals. In reality, Republicans were ready to use it to address issues that hit every family’s budget: pulling Virginia out of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), temporarily suspending the gas tax the way Utah, Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia, and North Carolina have already done, taking a harder look at data center regulation, and moving no-tax-on-tips so working people keep more of what they earn. Democrats canceled it... until after the midterms. They don't want to help you. They want more power. Watch the video. Share it. And most of all, tell your friends to vote.

Two-Bullets Jones has issued a civil rights inquiry against Sheriff Steve Smith of the Greene County, Va. Sheriff's Office. For what? Well, for working with ICE to arrest MS-13 gang members, presumably. Jay Jones and Abigail Spanberger should remember the thousands of innocent Americans who died at the hands of illegal immigrants over the past few years. What about their civil right to life?

This is my fourth video opposing Valley Link. The 115-mile, 765,000-volt line they want to run through Campbell, Appomattox, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Goochland, and Louisa. But here’s what nobody’s telling you (except me): the General Assembly gave away local control over projects like this years ago. And right now, Fairfax Democrats led by Rip Sullivan want to do the SAME thing with data centers and solar: let a state board in Richmond decide what goes in YOUR backyard. Loudoun County has the highest concentration of data centers on planet Earth. Funny how they want the power lines and the reactors out here in our neighborhoods instead.

Wrapping up in Doha (where it’s 117° but “only” feels like 110). Had the chance to present the American perspective, not just as a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, but as a former U.S. Army targeting officer, on the ongoing situation with Iran. Grateful for the opportunity. Grateful for all of you. And yes… I’ll be back soon.

The left will never in 1000 years have a response to this.

It's rich being lectured on "standards of conduct" and "accountability" by prep school elitist who dreams of unaliving his political opponents, and walks away without account following a 116 mph in a 65 zone.
(1/2)📣New law alert: Nobody is above accountability, including the firearm industry. Starting July 1, the OAG will have the authority to investigate industry members who violate the standards of conduct. Thank you to @HelmerVA and @JCarrollFoy

Standards? Rules? Truth? They help us all. Constantly redefining truth to suit a political agenda? Not so much.

Nothing says "Eat the Rich!" quite like leftist hypocrisy! Neo-Marxist group "Our Revolution!" has spoken on which candidate for California Governor will best fight the oligarchy... I hope you're seated... To fight billionaires, they've endorsed billionaire Tom Steyer.
