One more invitation to join us this Saturday! Our free Family Fall Fair is almost here. Join us at Burnhamthorpe Community Centre from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for a day of fun, games and community! We’ll have henna artists, a cartoonist, colouring activities, loot bags, popcorn, cotton candy, and plenty of family games including Jenga, Connect 4, Cornhole and Guess Who. There will also be 20+ community information booths, plus a special Read Along with MPP for the kids! Mark your calendar, and come out this Saturday. I hope to see you and your family there!

This is me and younger brother, you can't see the sadness that it brings me, then seeing our phony smiles as he died by suicide before his 18th birthday 44 years ago. There wasn't help back then for childhood sexual abuse or suicide intervention training its available now.

@Gatehouse_The When I'm thinking about Shame, it was so deeply rooted into many modalities. For me it was hard letting that go as spending more years with it than not, so I discovered, matter how old you are, healing is possible #CSA 💜 #Shame ##NotMyShame
