Because someone had to say it. Member last time a Red/White team came to The Swamp the first weekend in November after firing their OC?
Oklahoma has fired OC Ben Arbuckle, sources confirm to ESPN. CBS first reported his departure.

Well, for all of us who went to Atlanta and now Tampa, we really would like to see a win in a rivalry game.

Dom, I got blocked for saying this wasn’t worse than blindly throwing a ball underhanded while saying it wasn’t good😂😂😂
Im not blindly defending 9 I don't think he's the guy long term. His pick was similar to philo's vs sc (not seeing the corner in zone). The worst pick either one has is philo's underhanded wtf play

Gotta hand this to Kentucky. They are currently 68th in total offense and 72nd in total defense and have found ways to win and it scares people. Here’s to hoping the team 37th in total offense and 79th in total D can get back to finding ways to win consistently.

Worth noting how well the offensive line plays this play. I withdraw my blame on them for this one. I have no idea who 21 thinks he’s passing this defender to.

I agree with Chris, but will echo what I said in 2022. If you point out other coaches 1st years, you also must compare the 2nd years. In the portal era especially, there’s no reason not to when the listed coaches did what they did without it.
There’s nothing that Kirby, Saban, Urban and plenty of other first year coaches went through that we aren’t right now. This is not me saying Sumrall will be those guys but gives context to what first year HC go through. I believe Jon can get us there.

Didn’t say move on from this coach. But let’s put that 5 figures (that’s $10k or more) about if in the last 20 years only 1 coach got fired with only 3 seasons and didn’t get a fourth
Zook, Muschamp, Mullen and Napier did not finish four full seasons… But I agree, let’s keep changing coaches cause it’s worked so well to this point

Guy argues math, then fails at math as .5 rounds up. Doesn’t change the fact that only one coach in 20 years has been fired in 3 years, let’s put 5 figures on that.Prove me wrong
they have had 7 coaches in the last 2 1/2 decades that’s essentially 3.5 years per Coach on average… It’s hard to argue with math 2002- Zook 2005- Urban 2011- Muschamp 2015- McElwain 2018- Mullen 2022- Napier 2026- Sumrall

Btw, nowhere near out on Sumrall, but the fact a dude has to put Sumrall’s 1 year to lower an average is bad faith

One coach has been fired in three years in 20 years. This is idiot gaslighting at its finest and to suggest you keep a failing coach for a decade for no other reason than to say you did is unconscionable
Have to give Sumrall time, to see if he can get Florida out of the abyss… Because this is what happens when you turn over coaching every three years

I just want to point out that the defense played pretty well against one of the best statistical offenses it faced. 3 weeks ago I was assured players all busts and couldn’t play well and coaches were victims of circumstance. Turns out they can play better with changes.

All the people who defended Napier with the “they won’t like me at first” better not be telling people not to be upset or acting like we are seeing the standard.
Jon Sumrall: "I apologize to our fans. That wasn't what the Gator standard is ... They should be pissed off. I hope they are. I am too. We're going to get this right."

I’ll take the Streak Alive. Because Georgia is second in line and would surpass us in like 2 years.

We haven’t been able to run all day, short passing game moved us down field (albeit ended in INT) and we go back to trying to run.

Dave, this is just an emotional response. It’s no one’s fault and the Gators are just victim of circumstance beyond our control. Sure we’ve only gone beyond the LOS through the air 2x (one being the INT that is the OL’s fault).
Even after the inexcusable Philo interception the defense rallied to force the UGA punt only to give them something else with the roughing the punter. Sigh

Let’s talk about that INT

Fun fact, Florida has only allowed one more sack than Georgia this year.
