Meanwhile, IOF continue to expand the Yellow Zone, where they are deployed, by relocating the yellow concrete blocks, force residents to flee their homes, and target gatherings of displaced Palestinians and their tents. In al-Shuja’iya neighborhood in eastern Gaza City, Israeli drones set fire to dozens of tents sheltering displaced Palestinians, forcibly displacing dozens of families and forcing them to flee westwards and sleep in the open.

As Israel heads to the polls, the world must not look away.
Elections cannot erase the reality facing Palestinians: genocide in Gaza, apartheid, unlawful occupation, forced displacement, and escalating violence and ethnic cleansing in the West Bank. Millions of Palestinians living under Israeli control have no vote in decisions that profoundly shape their lives.
Political transitions must not become a distraction from accountability. States must increase pressure on any incoming Israeli government to end ongoing violations, uphold international law, and ensure justice for victims. The international community can and must act now.
