Michelle Yeoh stars as Emperor Philippa Georgiou in the forthcoming Star Trek: Section 31.
Michelle Yeoh is one of the few people to out-Jackie-Chan Jackie Chan (in Police Story 3), so we cannot wait to watch the film when it is released on 24th January through Paramount+.
Running #DnD at Elvaston Castle was an amazing experience today. The gothic gallery more than lives up to its name.
We caught up with #AgathaAllAlong and the singing is genuinely great.
Musicals tend not to engage with me, but The Ballad of the Witches Road is a cracking piece of music that is brilliantly sung by the actors.

Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice is the perfect game for Halloween.
The game has an ethereal quality, inspired by Norse mythology and Celtic culture. The unsettling sound design evokes Senua's auditory hallucinations and creates an immersive experience like no other.
Tickets for the UK Ghost Story Festival will be going on sale tomorrow.
Geek Pride's @PeterRayAllison will be there, giving a talk about the tools of writing.

Just heard that Lilly Wachowski will direct the cinematic adaptation of Gretchen Felker-Martin's Manhunt.
The novel follows Beth and Fran as they "Hunt feral, testosterone-fuelled men and murderous TERFs in the post-apocalyptic wasteland of New England."
That sounds amazing!
Our next vampire film for #Halloween is the fantastic #Blade. The film's opening sequence in the blood rave is amazing and still holds up over 25 years later.

There may be vampires...

We are loving the gothic noir aesthetic to the Shiver roleplaying game by @GamesParable. It uses an intuitive and flexible rules system that enables stories to be told in a variety of settings and genres.
Our next Halloween read is the chilling graphic novel Revival, by Tim Seeley and Mike Norton.
It's a rural noir with a simple premise; what if, for one day in rural central Wisconsin, the dead came back to life.
It is a delightfully twisted story filled with great characters.
If you are looking for something a little different this #Halloween and live near Derby, then check out March of the Vampires, which will see Sadler Gate taken over by vamps....

Check out the amazing Path of Glory adventure campaign for the Dragonbane RPG by @FreeLeaguePub.
It even comes with a gorgeous pull-out that is almost a work of art.
