Sex cannot be changed naturally; you can take hormones before puberty and make sex change procedures to change it, you can also be born with neither of the genitals (meaning you have no sex). Gender is a social construct so its not immutable

“Man” is not a gender, it is a category. It used to be a gender when gender was synonymous with sex, but now gender is completely meaningless and therefore, irrelevant. I mean, I dare you to describe a single, objective difference between men and women without using sex.
