As a structural engineer, understand/master bending moments, shear forces and deflection shapes of different loads and boundary conditions. This will help you to quickly pick out what is wrong with the analysis diagrams of the structure you're designing. I just picked out one now. The shape didn't just make sense.

I'm an Architect, it's not over. I still need Architectural Design contracts from them, construction too.
Exes from years ago who randomly call you out of the blue are so annoying because now, if you're with your partner, you have to explain who's comfortable enough to call you at 7 PM. And me? I would never believe they're calling you for the first time. Please stop calling people you've broken up with. It's over, it's OVER.

Today is my last day at @moniepoint. I’ve made the decision to dedicate my time fully to building @pewbeam_ai. I believe deeply in what we’re building and its potential to shape the kind of future I want to live in, and I’m excited to give it my undivided attention. It has been a privilege to contribute to Moniepoint’s mission of providing financial happiness for every African. As a Product Designer on the Cards team, I had the opportunity to contribute to improving the product’s user experience and design, helping make it more intuitive and useful for the people who rely on it. I’m grateful to everyone I had the opportunity to work with. I’ve learned a great deal from the people around me, and I know those lessons will serve me well as I enter this next chapter. Now, it’s time to build 🚀

This is how stupid our people are. And it’s most of the population I am selling rice for N1,000. Rice is essential for everyone to eat. Everyone is buying the rice. Suddenly a new producer comes and says rice is now N10,000. You complain and groan. He now goes “Ok I will give you loan so that you can afford the N10,000 rice”. You now jubilate and say “This man is trying. He cooked with that loan for me to be able to afford rice” This is the tale of NELFUND.

Don Jazzy clearly mentioned that there's an application fee. It is also mentioned twice in the website, and that it will be discounted. If you were to pay for those courses that run 3 to 4 months, how much do you think they cost? Is it N26k that made you write this long note or you just don't rate tech enough? The sum is simply an application fee, everyone have a right to decide not to pay. Even international scholarships are not always 100%. Human psychology is interesting because people take those classes more seriously when they have to pay something however little, than when it is completely free. The academy have teachers and engineers to pay. They supply laptops and study materials for their students. They organize retreat in every city for their students to connect. Or you just feel like dragging Don Jazzy inspite of all his kindnesses?
So Don Jazzy partnered with TS Academy to offer what is being presented as a scholarship to Nigerians, but the scholarship acceptance fee is around ₦26,000. Lmao. Imagine 300 people paying ₦26,000 each. That is ₦7.8 million. Only God knows when ordinary Nigerians will be free from the grip of rich people. Dangote is promising us heaven and earth to make us rich by force. They are hawking IPO shares in the market now. Another packaged tech course is here again. Of course, it could be a paid promotion or partnership, whatever you want to call it. Several celebrities and big accounts on X have also promoted TS Academy. But my question is simple: how many Nigerians who have taken these courses are now earning comfortably from the skills they acquired? How many have secured jobs, landed clients or built sustainable businesses from the training? Every day, it is tech, tech, tech. Everybody is selling one course or promoting one academy. Nigerians are desperately looking for ways to escape poverty, and these businesses know it.

He won while playing in the Bundesliga. He faced very easy opponents every week. You can't judge until he faces a real team like Manchester United
Harry Kane going from football’s most famous trophyless player to a Ballon d’Or winner might be the greatest example of why changing employers can improve your life.

The Leonardo DiCaprio of football. Probably the only player who has performed at the highest level since his debut throughout his entire career, yet somehow the stars never align for him. What makes him special is that he never lets it break him. He keeps going, keeps
