In Canada - there is no law to override with respect to Abortion. It is a health care procedure. Like getting your appendix removed or getting a cast. It is a conversation between a patient and her doctor.
The province has notional role in providing health care access. But the federal government has no role whatsoever in this discussion.
The Liberals know this. The media should know this. But neither will call him out on it. @MarkJCarney is trying to scare you into believing his version of the facts; which is truly a blatant lie. And he knows it.

3 Jewish businesses, in the largest Jewish community in 🇨🇦, attacked on a Jewish holiday. Call this what it is - a blatant attempt to intimidate and target our community.
My grandfather started one of these businesses when he came to Canada to give us a better life. Today this country is unrecognizable.
Since 2015 hate crimes are up 251%, while antisemitic hate crimes are up a staggering 405%. Jewish Canadians deserve to feel safe and secure in their homes, schools, and businesses, but after ten years of this Liberal government — it’s the exact opposite.
A Conservative government will toughen penalties for antisemitic violence, and we will deport any visitor to Canada that commits such hateful acts. Our message to Canada’s Jewish community is this: you are not alone, you should feel proud to be Jewish, and you should never have to hide your Jewishness in order to stay safe.

Last weekend, across Canada - during the holy feast of Passover no less - yet more violent and hateful protests swept across Canada's largest cities. Including in our Capital - Ottawa.
The protesters hurled slurs, swore, and engaged in hateful rhetoric designed to incite more hatred, and potentially incite violence against Jewish Canadians.
And to top it all off - we got footage of police officers shaking hands with these protestors! Multiple times they went to arrest someone - only to seemingly let them go.
This is outrageous. Its disgusting. We would not accept this for any other group of Canadians - but for some reason we accept it for Jewish Canadians?
Enough is enough.
