Law review editors: I’m looking for a journal to publish this lecture on misclassification as a potential unfair method of competition. It’s 2nd in a series on labor/antitrust. The 1st will run in the Antitrust Law Journal; 3rd will run in Loyola’s symposium. If interested, lmk.
