Neon Genesis Evangelion is fucked up and depressing so naturally its fandom has turned to the age old method of using memes to cope.
I hate the fact that there's so little art of ANIMA Kaji. Because I really like looking at him. Like a lot.

Anno openly admitted before Evangelion had even finished that he didn’t know where its characters would end up.
In a statement written in July 1995, while the series was still being produced, he said he didn’t know what would happen to Shinji, Misato or Rei because the story was not yet finished within himself.
Evangelion wasn’t created from one perfectly completed master plan, the series continued changing alongside Anno and the production staff while they were making it.
I put Kaji and Kyoya in matching vampire outfits and Kaji had the audacity to ask for a diferent outfit. Absolutely not sir you will be wearing that outfit until November
