This kind of retardation is why you cannot write, and thus why, in 14 years on this platform, you have only accumulated an audience of 2000. You don't understand what the basic task of fiction writing even is. It's empathizing in two directions at once. You have to empathize with the characters, to know what they are thinking and feeling, what they want and why, so you know what happens in the story. And you have to empathize with the audience, so you know how to tell it. Except you cannot empathize with half the human race, because your overt ideology prevents you from admitting its very existence. You cannot make the effort to understand how men and boys see the world, what men and boys want, what men and boys believe, what men and boys are interested in, or what men and boys will do, if you cannot acknowledge that "men and boys" is an distinct category of people that exist, and therefore is possible to know things about. Of course, you do not actually believe that boys are indistinct from girls. No one believes that. If you believed that, you would not be able to engage with the question "Why are boys not reading?" because the very question is an admission that there is something distinct about certain children that makes them boys and not girls. No, what you actually believe is "If I acknowledge the differences between boys and girls, I will be punished by my social group." This belief is true. But so what? It's entirely your fault that you chose a social group which makes such ridiculous demands. MY social group doesn't demand I pretend to believe silly things. You don't actually have to play this game anymore, you know. You can just stop. Sure, some people you know will say mean things to you, but you and I both know they kinda do a lot of that already just because of the kind of people they are. You and I also both know they would throw you under a bus in microsecond if some innovation in the mandatory belief system rewarded them for doing so. So, in addition to not having an audience, you don't even have all that many friends, for much the same reason. You may wish to reconsider whether the juice is actually worth the squeeze.
We are going to have a fundamental difference of opinion if you think the answer to boys not reading is to write about “boy stuff” and not rethink how we engage with boys in general let alone as readers. No specific interest or taste should be placed on a gender binary!!!

@BenCarrollMP I'm with @angijones on this. We will never forgive the Labor MPs who stood beside this misogynist and liar who set up @MoiraDeemingMP Angie Jones and other women and defamed them.

Eddie Fucking Izzard? In a play about Gisele Pelicot! WTAF are you thinking @youngvictheatre ? JFC on a bike. Tone deaf and offensive to women.
What the world needs is a bloke who dresses in women’s clothes who accused teenage girls of frightening him when they found him in a women’s public toilet performing in a dramatic theatre piece about the trial of the horrendous rape ordeal suffered by Gisèle Pelicot. Said no-one, ever.

Six years ago my young conservative friend Wilson Gavin took his own life after being hounded by an online mob for protesting against a drag queen story time funded by our local city council in Australia. I will always regret that I didn’t stand by you Wilson in your darkest hour. I was a leftist at the time and I was ashamed to go against the mob. I will always carry that guilt with me for the rest of my life. Wilson always joked that one day I would become conservative. I hope you would be proud of me mate that I became right wing. God bless your soul, patriot. Rest in peace Wilson. We will never forget you and we will always cherish your memory. 6th Wilson Gavin Memorial Ball.

Full instructions and steps to email the sponsors!! Easy to do!! Thank you for laying this all out @mmcdonaldlewis
5PM UPDATE ON THE I'VE HAD IT PODCAST SPONSORS: Here are the brands that continue to sponsor the I've Had It Podcast's hateful rhetoric; the brands that have stopped but who need to make a public facing statement; and the brands who have publicly pulled all support for the show. Email addresses and suggested text are also included. THE BAD GUYS These companies continue to support the I’ve Had It’s podcast campaign of hate and violence. @irestorehair @get_Ethos @livemomentous @Casper @irestorelaser @joinladder @ridgewallet @onequince @articlemodern @ASPCAPetIns WRITE THEM AND DEMAND THEY STOP SPONSORING THE PODCAST iRestore Hair: [email protected] Article: [email protected] Ridge Wallet: [email protected] Quince : [email protected] ASPCA Pet Insurance: aspcapetinsurance.com/ Ethos: [email protected] Momentus: [email protected] Casper: [email protected] Ladder Life: [email protected] THE EMAIL Subject: Immediate termination of your sponsorship of the I've Had It podcast I am writing to demand that you immediately and permanently pull all advertising from the I've Had It podcast. Your continued sponsorship of this programming is no longer aligned with consumer expectations. Consumers expect the brands they support to maintain clear standards regarding the content they choose to finance. Maintaining advertising agreements with this program signals a disregard for these concerns. Please deactivate all active promotional codes, terminate the advertising agreement, and confirm the cessation of your sponsorship immediately. Until this corrective action is taken, support for your products will be withheld. THE GOODISH GUYS These companies have ceased (or “paused,” in Zenni Optical’s case) all sponsorship of the show. These brands have completely severed operational ties, disabled their custom backend links, and deactivated coupon codes, but are only confirming it when directly asked via customer service . They have yet to make a public statement saying so. @CozyEarth @Chewy @jonesroadbeauty @Nutrafol @Ember_Tech @zennioptical WRITE THEM AND ASK THEM TO MAKE A PUBLIC STATEMENT Cozy Earth: [email protected] Ember Tech: [email protected] Jones Road Beauty: [email protected] Nutrafol: [email protected] Zenni: zennioptical.com/ Chewy: [email protected] or [email protected] THE EMAIL Subject: Transparency request regarding your advertising with the I've Had It podcast I appreciate that your team has deactivated active promo codes and backend affiliate funnels linked to the I've Had It podcast. Removing financial support is an important first step. However, resolving this matter entirely requires clear public transparency. Relying on quiet customer service templates or link removals leaves consumers in doubt about where your brand stands. I urge you to release a clear, public statement on your primary social feeds confirming your permanent exit, just as other major brands have done. Clear communication allows consumers to confidently evaluate which brands to support. I look forward to seeing your formal public statement soon. THE GOOD GUYS These companies have ceased all sponsorship of the podcast and made public-facing statements to this effect. @CashApp @BollAndBranch @NoblTravel @lolablankets @ZipRecruiter @GetHoneyLove DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

This was an image shared by a company supplying hijabs to John Lewis. See the paraglider and bulldozer used by Hamas to invade Israel. As my husband @adammaanit said this is a “stab to the heart”. We bought our daughter’s buggy and baby clothes from John Lewis. Betrayal.

Excellent documentary highlighting the chaos, destruction & harm caused when the category of sex is replaced with “gender identity.” Thank you to @TessH_ROGD_Mum, @salltweets, @Bernard_Lane, @Jilliantweeting, & many others in this incredible film. This ideology destroys everything it touches.

It’s so weird reading deluded posts like this — like a message from a desert island. This guy thinks women are weak — that we will eventually just roll over and give in. Not a chance. Gender identity doctrine is the ultimate regressive, sexist, homophobic, quasi-religious cult. We will never accept it. Not in sports, not in changing rooms, not in jails, not in schools, not in the medical “transitioning” of minors, not in compelled speech. No one can change sex. No one is “born in the wrong body.” The whole thing is based on lies. It’s the hill I will die on — and hundreds of thousands of other women — and many men too — feel the same way.

Please post your other pics of sports women with the heads of their male coaches nestled between their naked thighs below. Regardless of religion, nationality or culture…this is a completely normal way for female athletes to behave, right? 🤷‍♀️

Obviously, this is incorrect. Boys and girls (especially middle grade) have different interests due to their sex-based differences. And there’s nothing wrong with that! It will be hard to improve literacy rates if boys (or girls) are constantly belittled for their innate interests or desire to relate to main characters, which is especially important for young readers.
This is a thing that we made up. I am sorry to be the one to tell you this. But gender is a social construct. You are placing children’s reading tastes on a made up binary. Their reading tastes are indicative of their upbringing and socialization. Not bc they have a Y chromosome.

"It was a female man who was first overall at Parkrun today. All perfectly ordinary; nothing to see here, bigot."
Today in parkrun an absolute farce took place which illustrates perfectly how men in female spaces corrupts everything. The man mentioned in this article 👇who runs in the Female category came 1st overall. Females coming 1st overall is extremely rare… dailymail.com/news/article-1…

So it's not enough for you that the draft Bill doesn't require alleged perpetrators to intend to be abusive, you actually want people criminalised and imprisoned when they haven't even acted abusively? Have you considered this might be somewhat authoritarian?

Dr Bell is absolutely right. I can say with 100% confidence that had the conversion bill been the law when he blew the whistle, he would have been under criminal investigation as would Sonia Appleby, Susan and Marcus Evans, Dr. Matt Bristow etc......
Dr David Bell said that if the law had been in place, it could have been used to threaten and “possibly… silence” those who raised the alarm about the gender identity clinic, which was prescribing puberty blockers to children as young as 10. telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/11…
