Patrick Stewart in the final scene on Star Trek: The Next Generation.
It’s extremely simple, but reveals so much of his character if you watched. Somehow his sense of duty and sensitivity, along with the admiration of his crew shines through.
RIP Captain.

Will so miss this fine man being around... We didn't know each other well, but had quite a few laughs together and WHATEVER we talked about he was interested in all aspects of life, extraordinary generous of spirit - and altogether splendid. ✌️

In 1987, Patrick Stewart refused to unpack his suitcase for six straight weeks.
My throat still tightens every time I read why.
Every Hollywood insider told the 47-year-old British stage actor that Star Trek: The Next Generation would be a disaster. Even his closest friend, Ian McKellen, begged him not to throw away his Shakespearean career on a television gamble.
Stewart kept his bags packed by the door, waiting to be fired and sent home to London.
That "six-week failure" lasted 36 years.
Watching him late at night here in Japan, we saw something Hollywood never expected.
In Japan, we call this quiet, unbreakable spirit "Fudoshin," an immovable heart under fire.
Most action heroes scream and fire weapons to look strong.
Captain Picard never needed to raise his voice.
Born into deep poverty in Yorkshire, terrified of a violent home, he left school at age 15 and lost all his hair by 19, convinced his life as an actor was over before it began.
Yet one English teacher, Cecil Dormand, handed that frightened 12-year-old boy a copy of Shakespeare, said "Read it out loud," and secretly paid for his first drama course.
Never forget what happened decades later.
On the morning Queen Elizabeth II knighted him as Sir Patrick Stewart, he invited that same retired schoolteacher to sit beside him at his knighthood luncheon.
No suitcase left unpacked.
No rage on the bridge.
Just a cup of Earl Grey tea, a tug of his uniform, and three quiet words that commanded the galaxy:
"Make it so."
He passed away at 86 surrounded by live music, prayer, tears, and laughter.
And this December, in Avengers: Doomsday, Professor X will grace the screen one final time.
A boy who thought he wouldn't last six weeks in Hollywood gave the world an eternity of nobility.
From Japan, with tears and our deepest salute:
Thank you, Captain. Engage. ✨🖖🇯🇵

Sonnet 116. Patrick's favourite. Take one minute out of your day to hear the bard's words spoken by someone who lived by them.

Sir Patrick Stewart has left the stage at 86.
Farewell to a true titan of acting and one of the finest performers of his time. A great loss.

No matter how many times I hear her, her voice still leaves me speechless. She had one of the most extraordinary singing voices in music history.

Jewish American journalist Heidi Levin was beaten and stoned by Jewish terrorists the media call “settlers”, she was carried to safety by heroic Palestinian paramedics.
To be clear these are not Israelis as they are not in “Israel’”, they are Jews from all over the world who illegally cross into the Palestinian West Bank to kill people.
They are the Jewish ISIS.
They beat an old Jewish American woman wearing a press vest on camera. They don’t care how they look.

Everything that happens in Israel happens because they want it to happen.
Watch as they beat up members of the press, including American photojournalist Heidi Levine.

THE CAMERA ANGLES DESERVE AN AWARD 😂
So this was the “huge crowd” useless media tried to sell us? The tight shots, loud cheering and carefully framed footage made it appear as though the streets were overflowing. Then the wide aerial view arrived and exposed the entire production: a modest group squeezed behind one short stretch of barriers, surrounded by cameras, security and empty road.
They can crop the picture, amplify the noise and avoid showing the empty spaces—but they cannot create genuine public enthusiasm where it does not exist.
This was less of a triumphant royal return and more of a carefully produced television illusion. Never trust the close-up when the wide shot is available. The camera angles were working harder than Harry and Meghan. 😂 what a shame
