If any UK people would like to copy and paste the post below and report it online to Met Police, feel free and PLEASE DO. I reported The Sun for violations under Section 1A of the Criminal Law Act 1977: 'Conspiracy to commit offences outside the United Kingdom.' If you know of others, please include them if you file a report. I am an American and I have no idea if I've come close to exhausting all the laws that may have been violated. *** Reposting is always nice, too. It will definitely take more than just a few to prompt the Met Police to take action. ***I know others have already reported to Met Police, THANK YOU for your due diligence, care, and for prompting me to look for specific UK laws violated within the UK. **** xitter.cf/GoFakeYourselfM/status…

@metpoliceuk -- I am having difficulty on your website reporting a possible violation of Section 1A of the Criminal Law Act 1977: ‘Conspiracy to commit offences outside the United Kingdom.’ *** According to public records, the UK news publication, The Sun, may have conspired – within the UK – to pay individuals to travel to the Philippines, view child pornography, and destroy &/or tamper with evidence. They did not report the existence of the alleged child pornography evidence to local police. Some or all of these allegations are crimes in the UK, too. According to the embedded metadata within photographs taken and published by The Sun, staff and/or others paid by the publication viewed what they reportedly believe to be child pornography – FOUR DAYS before it was turned over to police. In fact, the individuals paid by The Sun never reported nor turned the evidence over to local police. What happened in those 4 days they had access to the alleged child pornography is unknown. The Sun published redacted close-up photographs of some of the material suggesting they did, in fact, look very closely at the material and the photographs they took may exist in an unredacted form within the UK. If the photographs are indeed copies of child pornography, that suggests the unredacted photos constitute child pornography, as well. These are very serious allegations yet there is credible evidence to warrant an investigation into The Sun’s actions and communications, with regard to this matter. You must investigate the planning, communications, and actions taken -– and not taken – by people paid by The Sun to participate in this conspiracy. I am posting this on my social media with the hope that others within the UK might have an easier time reporting it than me, in the US. I understand many UK citizens are very concerned about this matter receiving the attention it warrants. There should be ZERO tolerance if crimes have been committed. Thank you and please confirm if/when you have seen this. *** LINKS: 1. Section 1A of the Criminal Law Act 1977: legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/199… 2. If you have not filed a report with the Met Police, but you are concerned The Sun may have committed criminal offenses, please take the time to do so. 😉 Grok agrees it is the proper route to take if we want allegations against The Sun, to be proven &/or ruled out.
For the record, my purposes is not to accuse but to report a possible violation of the 1977 Act to Met Police. It is up to them to determine if any violations have occurred. But they do need to locate and secure all copies and originals of photographs published with redactions to check them for pornographic images of children, and any others that may apply. Thank you again, @grok.

BTW, The Sun never contacted local police to turn over the alleged evidence, Tom Jnr. did,....after The Sun accessed it multiple times over a period of five days.

According, to what The Sun has published and reported, they may have violated numerous UK laws, even though the offenses took place in the Philippines. Some offenses can be applied to Section 1A of the Criminal Law Act 1977: ‘Conspiracy to commit offences outside the United Kingdom.’ Provided, the following conditions are met. (Please, note where the word 'OR' is used as every subsection condition need not be met. Also, I included my own notes, but you can ignore them. I am not a legal expert): ~SNIP~ (2) The first condition is that the pursuit of the agreed course of conduct ['the conspiracy plot'] would at some stage involve— • (a) an act by one or more of the parties, [ME: This refers to something that the alleged conspirators themselves actively did. * An example that might apply: The photographer and author having knowledge of- and accessing child pornography, multiple times, over a period of FIVE days, in the Philippines. This constitutes 'possession' of child pornography and is a criminal offense, in the UK.] OR (b) the happening of some other event, intended to take place in a country or territory outside the United Kingdom. [ME: This means a result or occurrence that is (not necessarily) a direct physical action by the alleged parties themselves, but an external consequence or happening that takes place outside the UK. * An example that might apply: Tom Jnr. tampering with evidence by opening books for a photographer to capture a close-up photographic copy of child pornography on 35mm film strips, in the Philippines.] *** (3) The second condition is that that act or other event constitutes an offence under the law in force in that country or territory. [ME: The alleged criminal offense must also be a criminal offense in the Philippines. * An example that might apply: In the Philippines, it is also a criminal offense to possess and/or photograph existing pornographic images of children.] *** (4) The third condition is that the agreement would fall within section 1(1) above as an agreement relating to the commission of an offence but for the fact that the offence would not be an offence triable in England and Wales if committed in accordance with the parties' intentions. [ME: This means the alleged co-conspirators can be prosecuted in England and Wales for conspiring/agreeing to commit a crime(s), even though the actual crime was intended to take place outside of England and Wales] *** (5) The fourth condition is that— (a) a party to the agreement, or a party’s agent, did anything in England and Wales in relation to the agreement before its formation, [ME: This means any preparatory act that happened within England and Wales before the formal agreement/the conspiracy was finalized. *An example that might apply: Tom Jr. contacting The Sun and/or its agents to offer his story & access to the alleged child pornography, and The Sun and/or any of its agents discussing and/or accepting the offer while they are physically present in England or Wales. It can be by phone, email, or fax 😂] OR (b) a party to the agreement became a party in England and Wales (by joining it either in person or through an agent), [ME: This means the illegal plot itself may have been hatched somewhere else entirely, but at least one person joined the conspiracy while they were physically located inside England or Wales. *An example that might apply: The author of The Sun's 'EXCLUSIVE' article is physically present in England or Wales, when they agreed to travel to The Philippines in furtherance of the conspiracy.] OR (c) a party to the agreement, or a party’s agent, did or omitted anything in England and Wales in pursuance of the agreement. [ME: This means that even if conspiracy plot was hatched outside the UK and all the conspirators are foreign nationals, the UK can still prosecute them if anyone involved takes even a single physical step, or deliberately fails to act, while on English or Welsh soil to advance the plot. * An example that might apply: A co-conspirator from The Sun phoning, sending an encrypted WhatsApp message, or a text message to coordinate with the author &/or photographer, while physically present in England or Wales.] ~END~ *** *All references to 'An example that might apply' are hypothetical. Even if some turn out to be true. *** Section 1A of the Criminal Law Act 1977: legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/199…

1/2 🚨 PLEASE SAVE THIS ARCHIVE LINK! Download it, print it, archive it some more... Wheels are coming off the bus! web.archive.org/web/20261026… Below are two screenshots of the metadata from the same image of 'the stash', at The Sun. The metadata was captured on October 24 and today. As you can see, there have been some changes made to the metadata overnight. Coincidentally, last night, I left some choice words on one of MattWilkie's posts. I indicated I knew staff at The Sun illegally viewed the alleged stash of child porn, on October 19 – FOUR DAYS BEFORE IT WAS TURNED OVER TO POLICE. How did I know that? On October 24, I restored the metadata on their photos of 'the stash.' They were taken on October 19. Apparently, I (or someone) struck a nerve. TODAY, ALL of the metadata was well and truly stripped from the photos and the creation date was obliterated. That tells me the public was NOT meant to know the photos were taken, on October 19th, and someone scrambled to cover up evidence by obliterating the metadata. That wheel came off. Fortunately, I saved a link to the original metadata and also archived it. Please save it, too. It wouldn't hurt to screenshot &/or download the archived page. ****** I never say this...but I see THIS is a rare opportunity to expose the ruthless jackal Harry married. My suggestion (from the US) is UK people who are FED up with the constant bullshit, file a complaint to The Sun regarding their report that staff members viewed what they believed/believe to be child pornography – AND they failed report it to the local police. This looks very bad for The Sun. They should have immediately contacted local authorities when they became aware of the existence of 'the stash.' They went and looked at it, instead. Police weren't contacted for at least FOUR DAYS. The Sun needs enough complaints that they can't be ignored. But, when they are ignored, the complaints must be escalated to IPSO. There should be zero tolerance for this. HOPEFULLY, it leads to the little fish turning on the bigger fish. Just my .02¢. If any one had other ideas, please throw them out. ***** Relevant portions from The Sun's article to include in a complaint: SNIP: "The sickening footage, 15 minutes in all, appeared to show sex acts involving children, some of them thought to be as young as ten." AND "His full CV appears on one hard drive packed with horrifying child sex content along with a number linked to his San Diego mobile number." (END) ^These allegations are not attributed to anyone. They are also characterized as "sickening" and "horrifying" by the author of the article.

FOLLOW-UP: Since I posted this, I've been paying close attention to the metadata from The Sun's photos. I suspect The Sun is selectively stripping metadata from photos. Some metadata is intact, some images are .webp formatted and the jpegs with the metadata cannot be accessed. Anyway, I will continue to pay attention to this.

Your theory on the kids is as good as mine. The FBI is so corrupt though. I think she is relieved they are involved. But their involvement is limited to sharing databases of known child pornographic images. Funny, that is effectively the only 'evidence' that could be made use of to prosecute someone. The rest is worthless. When I read that is their involvement, I paused because they could and would create evidence. They answer to the same puppetmasters that I believe MeMe answers to...the global government mafia.

I'd say the stage is set for a specific female to serve as one of Snr.'s 'alleged victims and they were 'named' in the letter (that Meghan gave to the Met instead of the original letter they gave her). And they were "young", perhaps too young to remember with any degree of certainty. archive.ph/f2MYv#selection-1…

(Fade in) *Tearless crying begins* MeMe: "Oh, my sweet Lil'Bidet, Mama is imagining you on 35mm film with my daddy, and my heart is shattered into a million and 44 pieces. That's why I don't have one. Daddy done busted it all apart." (END SCENE) Everything that's been found is 'girls' not 'boys.' Rest assured, the next shoe that will drop is currently being raised high....whatever it is.

Jr. worked from a list of what not to do with evidence. That's why he held the devices with his greasy fingerprints and stuck pieces of tape to them. Then he labeled them 'Dad' so they could also be used as proof the evidence was tampered with by someone who calls Sr., "Dad." The Sun, operating from a similar list, took a photo of of the devices undergoing cross-contamination, in a pile. This photo made certain a defense attorney had photographic proof the evidence is unreliable as it was left unsecured where an unknown number of people accessed it. Then, The Sun published an article where the author demonstrated bias towards Sr. and characterized the evidence as ‘horrific’ and ‘sickening.’ They also featured comments from Jr that demonstrate extreme bias. This was done to create speculation that Thomas Jr. and The Sun may have had motive to help frame and/or convict Sr. For example: "A vast hoard of evidence against accused Thomas Markle Snr including VHS tapes, DVDs and photographic negatives was laid bare yesterday as it was removed by detectives." *** The Sun also took an unknown number of close-ups photos of the disgusting images that they accessed at least three times, in five days. What they did after they made photographic copies of the material, I can only imagine. Perhaps they sold the unredacted photos on the dark web, who knows? This is why it is imperative that @metpoliceuk @MetCC immediately act and investigate The Sun's actions.

I would like to hear from other reporters/journalists if they consider The Sun's actions to be ethical and ordinary in the course of business, and their reasoning. Would they participate in researching this story, in the manner The Sun has. Please, tag any that you would like to hear from. Will any denounce this heinous approach to reporting news?
