An idea for making cycling/walking along Penistone Road and across Rutland Road (currently it has no crossing phase) non-terrifying. 👇
(Penistone Rd might need bigger layout changes elsewhere to make a decent cycle route, and reduce vehicle traffic, but could this be a start?)
