From Tehran, speaking with the experience of 11 nights of bombardment, I can say that so far the hardest part of this war for me has been the internet shutdown.
Cutting off the internet during wartime is a crime against humanity.

⚠️ Update: #Iran's internet blackout is entering its twelfth day after 264 hours with connectivity still at 1% of ordinary levels.
Meanwhile, the regime's spokesperson has confirmed observations pointing to a whitelisting system, stating that only the approved are given a voice.
سوالی که از ایرانی‌های خارج از کشور دارم اینه که با توجه به وضعیت جنگ، چه دلایلی وجود داره که از مرزهای زمینی برنمیگردید ایران؟ به‌نظرم برای سلامت روانمون خیلی خیلی مهمه که الان به این دلایل خیلی اساسی فکر کنیم و بالا پایینشون کنیم و یه تصمیم مناسب بگیریم.
در حالت آخر اگه گروه‌های کوچیکی بشیم که به تصمیم مشترکی برسیم (چه برای موندن یا برگشتن) اونوقت شاید بتونیم همدیگه‌رو حمایت بیشتری بکنیم تا بتونیم اونچه که برامون مناسبه رو عملی کنیم و تو این روزای سخت کمتر احساس تنهایی کنیم.

From the positions of individual bees, we build topological summaries called CROCKER matrices to track the structure of the group (i.e. number of connected components) as a function of scale (ϵ) and time.
We further explored various algorithms for detecting phase changes and reducing dimensionality across six repetitions of the food exchange experiments, in the paper, and show that they all yield similar results.
