I made an alt just to talk to my friends, inform my viewers what to expect from my channel in the coming weeks and make videos so I can sustain my income and live comfortably.
It also got banned.
I truly can't have anything, mind you, none of this would be an issue if @discord or @discord_support could just respond to my initial requests to appeal my ban on my main discord account.
I'm speaking to AI Robots in the support forums, that being said I seriously don't understand why it takes multiple days for an AI to respond to me.
If I could just get 10 minutes in a conversation with a human being I would be able to appeal this ban.
But no, I can't do that, and now my alt is banned until October 2nd 2028. Fantastic.
I've seriously approached discord as politely and kind as possible. And I still will be cordial to whatever bots or humans I speak to next, but as of right now, there's literally nothing I can do. I'm forced to be isolated and I can't work on my only source of income.
Absolutely ridiculous.

Update on the situation:
I’ve made 3 support tickets, after 24 hours 2 of them have been responded to with the same copy and paste message telling me that I can appeal this issue in my account.
However, this is asinine as I cannot appeal an issue in my account if I can’t get into my account in the first place.
@discord @discord_support please help, support forums aren’t doing anything.
(The issue is that my MFA isn’t sending me a text message af the phone number listed, therefore I cant get back into my account.)
Please help.

I don’t have access to backup codes or an authentication app but I have my email, password & phone number and am willing to provide any other information/evidence that I am the owner of this account in order to regain access.
When I try to send myself a SMS code to log back in I don’t receive a code. Please help me fix this issue I need to log back into my accounts asap!
