Democrats and failed Democrat policies did this.
Portland’s Royal Sonesta: bought for $108.3M in 2016. Now reportedly sold for $6.83M for 220 rooms—just $31,000 per key. A staggering 93.7% price collapse. This is what happens when government fails at public safety, downtown disorder spirals, Measure 110’s consequences go unaddressed, and Multnomah County’s mental-health system fails people in crisis. Tourism doesn’t thrive where visitors feel unsafe and downtown businesses struggle to survive. Portland didn’t get here by accident. Policy choices have consequences—and taxpayers, workers, businesses, and property owners are paying the price. @mitch4portland @pnwpolicyangel @TeacherTiff4PDX @kanalforpdx @MayorKWilson

Concur. The light at the end of the tunnel sometimes is just a train coming at you.
CNBC calls the CRE debt wall a “massive opportunity.” $800B due this year. $733B next year. Rates roughly double what these loans were written at. Extend-and-pretend - pray and delay - is over. Office delinquencies already 12%+. Multifamily owners who borrowed at 4% now facing 9% with weaker rents. That’s not an opportunity. That’s a refinancing cliff. Most of the pain hits before any bargains show up.

Better communication. Safer communities. Public safety depends on law enforcement working together. DA @GeorgeBrauchler discusses Amendment 81- an effort to strengthen communication between state & local law enforcement & federal immigration authorities. #Justice #elections

Yikes!!
Charlotte-based Laxmi Hotels Group purchased the 360-room Royal Sonesta hotel in downtown Minneapolis for $5M, a staggering 93% discount from its previous $75M sale price in 2018. "The hotel occupies 17 floors of the 36-story PwC Plaza office tower, which is also currently up for sale." 35 S 7th St Minneapolis, Minnesota -Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal #CommercialRealEstate

Remember how Colorado Democrats lie and tell us all their gun control laws will prevent this type of thing?
10/27/26 5:45 p.m. Community Awareness This afternoon, staff at Centennial High School responded to a medical event concerning a student. Following safety procedures, they searched the student’s backpack and found a loaded handgun and called police. The student was transported to a local hospital and FCPS officers are investigating. At this point, police do not believe there is a continuing threat to the school, students or the public. The juvenile is at the hospital and under supervision. Because this case involves a juvenile, there will be no additional public updates.

The number of murders has collapsed in the country as the number of guns in private hands has skyrocketed.
As @ClayTravis and @BuckSexton have been telling you: Fewer guns DO NOT equal less murders. In fact, it's the opposite.

THIS is how you run an ad. 🔥 Every Republican should be running ads like this. Blakeman just turned Hochul's whole record into a comedy sketch, and it's going to leave a mark.😂

Dear America, This is disappointing. We can do so much more. Let’s go for at least 50%.
The United States of America: home to just 4% of the world’s population but 40% of the world's guns.

Round 1: 🏆Bolsonaro: 56.1 million votes Lula: 53.9 million votes Round 2: 🏆Lula: 64.1 million votes (+10.2M) Bolsonaro: 59.8 million votes (+3.7M) To give you an idea of how unlikely this is: all the eliminated candidates from round 1 got 9.33M VOTES COMBINED

The Democrat Party is totally decimating Colorado. #copolitics #coleg
1 in 5 homes listed in Washington, DC today have an asking price below what the home owner bought it for. Nationally, this is 6.7%. Why are so many DC residents willing to walk away at a loss?

Since we can now apparently force companies to do things, can we force 60 Minutes to stop interferring in our elections to help Democrats?
“[Tina Peters] was elected by her county to uphold the elections. Instead, she attacked the elections from within,” says Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold. cbsn.ws/3UN3WcP

So he has been in the US for 25 years illegally, then?
A Texas father who had lived in the U.S. for 25 years with no criminal record was finishing his night shift as an Uber driver when immigration agents detained him. Without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge, he was put on a plane and sent first to Ghana, a country where he had no ties. He was then sent to his home country, despite a determination by a U.S. immigration court judge that he could not be deported there due to likely persecution. cbsn.ws/3Ude66r
