When asked what would help leaders navigate these challenges, there was a strong consensus that opportunities to talk and reflect with peers can be a powerful way to relieve pressure and gain insight.
This is something we foster at Gradcore and see incredible value.
🤝 While each institution must navigate its unique challenges, the sector benefits from shared insights and collective efforts. As we face changes and tighter purse strings, maintaining robust leadership networks will be vital for resilience.
🤝 Breaking down institutional silos and fostering a unified sense of purpose is essential. Heads of school and executive teams must encourage collaboration and adaptability, making tough decisions to align with market demands together.
