This is disappointing but not surprising. @Backstage clearly hates the actors who use their platform and actively will screw them out of opportunities just to spite progress. Even though several dozen actors had already happily submitted for the opportunity to get paid to audition and build awareness for their talent, Backstage decided to cancel our listing for no other reason than "because we said so" The irony is this is EXACTLY the kind of archaic gatekeeping that we built The Casting Call to evolve beyond. Any platform who seriously cares about their users, should probably let them decide for themselves what kind of opportunities they wish to submit for consideration. We welcome every actor effected by this to submit directly at casting.gratwick.io - you don't need some obsolete 3rd party platform to be considered for Gratwick. Shout out to Carl the curmudgeon.
