We’d remind you to vote, but chances are you’ve received at least a dozen texts today. It’s maddening, isn’t it? If our politicians were doing a better job, it sure would be less maddening.

🚨🚨BREAKING: Federal Judge Rules a Flock Search Was ‘Indiscriminate Mass Surveillance’ and Unconstitutional ----- As in the Supreme Court case Carpenter v. United States, the Federal court found that people have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their movements and that Flock violated those rights. This is a victory for us. Yes, we want to remove the cameras altogether, and we will keep working to do so, but if the courts want to impose additional restrictions on their use in the meantime, that can only be a good thing. We are planning a legal action but need two more people to sign on from the following towns in Texas (Beaumont, Lufkin, Marshall, Sherman, Texarkana, Tyler, and Plano). They can be: 1)Seniors in college, who are having difficulty securing full-time work (or even an internship); 2)Recent college graduates, who are having difficulty finding work; 3)Recently discharged veterans who are having difficulty finding work. Please have them reach out to me for more information. I promise it will be worth their while.

Patrick Henry. Proven right once again. “The liberties of a people never were, nor ever will be, secure, when the transactions of their rulers may be concealed from them.”

A military expert says ALPR systems like Flock and Axon are the same as military systems they used against foreign enemies. Pattern-of-life analysis was how they targeted and killed the enemy. And now they are pointing these killing systems at we the people. "I swore an oath to the Constitution of the United States. That oath did not end just because I took off my uniform. That is why I traveled to these chambers -because I have used a comparable system against American enemies and I know what it's capable of, and I can see the danger of pointing the system at the American people."

I recommend that if your child's doctor follows the @AmAcadPeds guidelines that you find a new doctor for your child.
“The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that all babies get three Covid shots by the time they’re nine months old.” “26 states are following that schedule.” Dr. Mary Bowden is sounding the alarm. Millions of babies are still getting mRNA Covid shots. “The CDC schedule, it’s not on there.” “But unfortunately, I think it’s 26 states have formed their own schedule apart from the CDC.” “So they’re not following CDC.” “They’re following the American Academy of Pediatrics.” @MaryBowdenMD @jeffreytucker

This is a group willing to take that stand and we stand beside them!
The medical freedom movement just drew a line. AHF and other leaders sent Trump and RFK Jr. a letter today. The demand is simple: Stop the mRNA shots, end the PREP Act, and help the injured. Instead we have 7 million kids injected this year, a CDC director who still says mRNA is “safe and effective,” $1.24 billion more for Pfizer, and no assistance for those harmed. Keep ignoring our core issues and the movement walks. Including at the midterms. Read the letter: americansforhealthfreedom.or…

A government cannot change if you need to be a multimillionaire just to throw your name in the hat. The people with the most integrity can’t even get in the race. This isn’t representation - it’s a country club.

Doubling the big government spend of socialist programs like fake school choice is now considered “conservative” and DOGE? 😂 Sorry, I expect the self-proclaimed conservative to do conservative stuff when elected after running on that platform. You know: limited government, smaller budgets, individual rights… none of that comes from expanding a socialist government program to enrich your crony friends.

Below, I have collected every bad faith argument in favor of the surveillance state, handed out to influencers during this paid op, and why each one is retarded. I put my heart and soul into this. Please enjoy. 1.) “If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear” •This is retarded because it continues to treat a nationwide, searchable movement log as harmless even after officers have used it to stalk ex-girlfriends and the system has produced armed stops of innocent drivers. 2.) “They only catch criminals and find stolen cars or missing kids” •This is retarded because it ignores that the default is photographing every passing vehicle, not a targeted warrant, and that alerts have already sent police after the wrong people. 3.) “Cameras are already everywhere so Flock is no different” •This is retarded because it pretends a privately operated, AI-searchable national network with inter-agency lookup that bypasses due process, is the same as a local traffic cam or your neighbor’s doorbell. 4.) “Cities own the data and Flock is just a vendor” This is retarded because audits showed federal agencies searching local plate data and Flock toggling national lookup without cities knowing. 5.) “Audit logs and purpose fields prevent abuse” This is retarded because it is offered as a complete answer after officers typed “investigation” and still ran plates of girlfriends, and after the company itself later added tools because the old ones failed. The “safeguards” are just mandatory discipline for making their tyranny look bad. 6.) “It’s just a snapshot at a fixed point, not tracking” •This is retarded because it is the legal talking point even though the product stitches those snapshots into paths, heat maps, and person-level files. It is warrantless dragnet, and it’s been unconstitutional for 60 years. 7.) “Critics just want to defund the police or normalize lawlessness” •This is retarded because it recasts bipartisan privacy pushback and contract cancellations as a partisan conspiracy instead of answering for the actual access and misuse record. 8.) “Retention is only a few days and we don’t sell data” •This is retarded because the selling point of the product is a shared national lookup of those same records and any civilian can walk off the street and get a job with access to that data. 9.) “It doesn’t collect personally identifiable information” •This is retarded because not only were plates matched to owners, but the company built tools to jump from LPR to person. 10.) “It isn’t a search because it doesn’t open your door” •This is retarded because logging every car into a queryable database is the modern version of a general warrant: rummage first, invent a reason later, and the 4th amendment was the answer to general warrants. 11.) “Phones already track you so Flock is fine” •This is retarded because the state building a warrantless dragnet is not excused by the existence of private, voluntary apps and contracts that you can refuse or self regulate. “12.) “It’s constitutional because courts like ALPRs” •This is retarded because warrantless dragnet is not constitutional. 13.) “Flock just helps catch real criminals” •This is retarded because selling a total location archive as enforcement is how you launder a dragnet. It’s trading our essential liberty for temporary security without our consent. 14.) “Opponents are just being dramatic or paid to hate tech and America and missing kids.” This is retarded because the coordinated “Flock op” of identical accounts is insisting a warrantless catalog of every vehicle is the same thing as voluntary cameras while appealing to emotion, and that is anti-American redcoat shit.

I vote against bonds and local tax increases Every.Single.Time. And it’s frustrating to watch the fear campaigns that get them passed. I get it. However, the last thing Texas needs is top-down control of local budgets through state bureaucrats… your just replacing terrible government you run across at the grocery store with terrible government seated on a throne in Austin. Solve your budget problems locally because it will be 10x more expensive if the state takes over… and good luck replacing a state-level big spender. Centralization is bad mkay.
It is BEYOND time for local governments to be subjected to spending limits. #txlege

This is by far one of the craziest posts I have read. The comments are laughably ridiculous. I dare say absurd. Watching Texas fall at the hands of fake conservatives from the Commie Coast, WA specifically, is physically sickening. The tell that you are on the wrong side of history? Calling vocal advocates for the constitution liars and Democrats. It's no different than the coordinated effort to blackball Massie. I can say with complete faith and honesty that @ImJoyola, @Davy1836, and @GraysonConserv are a gift to Texas and those of us--the very few--constitutionalists who are much further down the progressive road to hell in deep blue states would give anything for patriots like them fighting in our state. Wear this block like a badge of honor, friends. I am thankful every day to know you and stand with you against all politicians who put party before principles.

The way to fight centralized data centers is not working with government on resource allocation… it’s saying no and no again on surveillance and oppression. The state is already looking for ways to make data centers resource independent and continue to run if the citizens grid goes down. Abbott’s demand that they provide their own power is what they want… it’s not to protect the people’s energy… it’s to give data centers an excuses to be fully independent. Your power can go out, but the surveillance and enforcement rocks on. And security… they love the idea that they will need to harden these data centers. The techno-bros have said it themselves, they expect physical opposition and are preparing for it. This hardening is desired, they want to depend the money on that. The threat is much larger than resources… it’s surveillance, enforcement and oppression through technology. That’s the battle and the battlefield is being hijacked to be solely about resources. How are you going to get rid of oppressive, hardened and independently powered surveillance centers as your neighbors?
Plano just approved a $1.4 million police drone program. Texas is quietly stacking the layers: Flock cameras, ALPRs, data-sharing deals, and now city-controlled drones that can be launched on demand. Faster response times are real. So is the infrastructure of constant aerial and digital monitoring. Once the systems are in place, the pressure to use them more always follows. Policy is temporary. Capability is permanent. This is how a surveillance state gets built, one “public safety” vote at a time.

Fake conservatives don’t like to be held accountable to even the most basic of conservative principles. Centralizing power from local to state does not align with basic conservative principles… apparently, @RAPHOOPTX needs to know that.
Replying to @RAPHOOPTX
So holding you and others accountable for your actions is now considered working to turn Texas blue? Interesting take…..

No matter how you spin it… this bill centralizes power at the state level. It’s red-flavored authoritarianism. It leverages anger at liberal led cities and counties and makes an emotional plea that they should be stopped by state power. This is the same game that liberals play with guns… good guys are punished for the actions of bad guys. It’s not conservative. The article tries to make the case that it results in less government in general, does it really? States are full of regulations. Even if it somehow results in less regulation, then that’s a bad trade off compared to keeping local autonomy. Further, Texas may not always be red. I don’t want a blue state government stomping on my county with their mandates when and if that happens. Frankly, I don’t want the current state government override local cities and counties either. This is already a factor impeding locals ability to stop an intrusive data center invasion. Perhaps handcuffing locals from fighting data centers was the reason for the legislation to begin with? 🤷‍♂️
